The guys showed up promptly as scheduled during a few of the coldest days this winter. They worked on my fence until the snow started coming down and still came back to finish, in the snow, the following day. With the weather the way that it was that week, I expected to have the work pushed back (and I would've been okay with that). Now that the snow has melted, I was able to walk around my yard and get a better look at the fence. They did a great job, were very professional and left everything neat and clean. I appreciated that no matter the temperature, they were dedicated to finishing the job in a timely manner. I don't know how they got the job done so nicely under those weather conditions and with the outside water faucet freezing up. They also gave me good advice and made sure if there had to be any slight changes, that it was approved by me before they continued the work. Great job!!

Deck and Porch Service
We had Freedom Fence and Deck install our deck a couple of years ago (FANTASTIC JOB) and had them come back to give us an estimate on extending it out further than the original design. We had a few other estimates but was not impressed with the response we had from other companies regarding the project. Freedom Fence and Deck assured us the project wouldn't be as difficult as others explained, and the price was spot on. The crew showed up as scheduled, worked through some pretty bad weather until the project was complete, and our yard was spotless when the job was done. We weren't even active Angie's List members anymore, but decided to join again and post a review because we are now true believers that Angie's List is the place to find solid contractors for our home improvement needs.

I had about at least 5 estimates and they varied prices. It was about $3,000 to $12,000 for the same fence and he was about $4,000. He wasn’t the cheapest but what I like about him is he didn’t dilly dally. He came out at the end of the week and it was up that day. He was really good. There weren’t any dislikes. He was just a great guy. He loves my dog.

I have been taken advantage of by many contractors in the past. My wife had estimates of other contractors but I went on Angie's list and found freedom fence and deck which had mostly great reviews. I called and spoke with Shaun he came out and gave me a estimate which I thought was high. He talk me out of a PVC fence and into an aluminum fence. I was very uneasy. Well Shaun was right on. Steve the owner came out I'd what they said. The fence looks great. Neighbors commented on how great the fence looks . They got many jobs fom my neighbors and I will use them again. Freedom Fence installed a 6 ft. PVC perimeter fence, arbor, driveway gates around the yard of my residence. The work took only two days and they did a beautiful job. I have been impressed with the results and their professionalism. While the work was being performed, other contractors were doing work at the house and noted their superb work and craftsmanship. I have given their business card to them and will recommend Freedom Fence to other neighbors and friends in the area. It was a pleasure doing business with Freedom Fence!

Sarah worked us in for an estimate the same day we called. Everything went just as she said it would. The installer, Ben came by to do the work and was very professional and friendly. We had furniture in the way of where we wanted the box and he cheerfully asked if he could help move it. Very nice fellow. Had just dealt with a very sullen Verizon guy and Ben was a breath of fresh air. He was also patient about instructing us on the use of the system and sensitive to our worries about our hyper-reactive dog. WeI had called around and the technology they use was the best fit for our narrow waterfront lot. The dog can have access to the front and back yards and to the water, without going through the house, which was just what we wanted and something that other brands couldn't provide.

It went great! I contacted this company on a Friday and talked to Shawn that same night. He came out the next day to take measurements and give an estimate. I could reach him anytime including weekends. If I had to leave a message on his phone, he would always return the call the same day. Steve came out for the installation. He and his coworker were very professional at all times. They could not be more accommodating.

We just had our fence installed today by Freedom Fence and it's beautiful. The workers were fast, the fence looks great, and cleaned up completely afterwards. Their price was fair and it was even installed a little sooner than they had originally expected which was great. Would definitely recommend them to others looking for a new fence.

I wanted to have a gate installed around my parking pad without losing my private off street parking. I live in the city of Baltimore so this project would require out of the box thinking in order the following requirements to be met (1) add privacy (2) retain the current function of my parking pad (3) install a gate that is aesthetically pleasing.

- Both Steve and Shane were professional from start to finish. They installed my gate in under five hours and I must say that I was pleased with the finished product.

These guys ar every good at what they do. They can do everything from kitchens and bathrooms to decks and fences. I had a small fence put in in the back yard, A+. I had my deck stained and lattice put up, A+. They also remodeled my bathrooms and everything was picture perfect, A+.

I really liked working with them. They did a great job, they came out and the salesman was very good, better than anybody and they gave me options. There was nothing bad, they were really flexible with what I wanted and they were also very flexible with my schedule, I had to ask them to wait a few times, and they were willing to wait, and came and did the job when we were ready. They did a beautiful job.

The guy who came to look at everything who is Shane is punctual and friendly. He follow-up with me and he came back out the second time and told me he's available even though he was going to be on vacation. With our circumstances changed and we needed to delay the job momentarily, they were flexible with us. They just have an excellent customer service and I hope their product is as good as their customer service. I went on using their service.
