The company did an excellent job. Kyle, the salesman, was very nice and professional. He gave me honest opinions and prices. The estimate was in line with the other companies that gave me quotes. The installers were on time and completed the job in two days without any delays. I absolutely love my fence.

Everything went great.  Initial estimate happened a few days after I called.  About a week later I had to have them come back and redo the measurements based on my error of our yard boundaries. They came out right away and made the corrections and we signed the contract.  We asked them to handle the permits which they did with ease and they told us it would be about 5 weeks depending on weather until they got to us.  5 weeks went by and they called and were ready to start.  They knocked our fence out in about 1.5 days. Now the weather was great those days and they did not need to tear any other structures down. But all they did was work. Our neighbors could not believe how quick it was done and everyone on their team was polite and respectful.  Once the fence was up and we did the final walkthrough, the foreman noticed the gate doors were warped. They ordered new ones at no cost asap and came and replaced them when they arrived.  We couldn't be happier with the fence, how smooth the process went, their employees and all our dealings with freedom fence.  Our backyard now makes us feel we live in a whole new home. Would recommend them to anyone looking at installing or replacing a fence.

Finished product looked great.  Upon close inspection, the builders missed a few nail spots; however, the foreman came back the next day and re-nailed the trouble spots.  The whole construction job took two days and one call-back day.  My property is on a slight grade, which they handled very cleaning, even on the A-frame gates.  The fence has been up for several weeks now and I have not noticed any sagging or leaning.  It's a solid fence and I'm glad I went with Freedom Fence, even though they were more expensive.

On 8/4/15, I emailed the company though Angies list and request an appointment for an estimate to tear down and rebuild a 12'x24' composite deck. They promptly called back and gave me an approximate estimate over the phone of $9K-$10K. This was a good price, however I hired another builder from Angies List.

Freedom did a great job.  The fence looks great and is very well built.  These guys know what they are doing AND the installers are the nicest bunch of guys ever.  Totally professional but also nice to have around.  They really seem to care about what they are doing.  Company is busy so you may have to wait for your turn on their schedule but the wait is worth it.  They installed my fence on a Saturday and Sunday which was pretty impressive.  I plan to have them come back and replace another fence as soon as I get the money.  Apparently fence work is very expensive.  Freedom was competitive to the other bids I got and they were much more responsive to my communications about materials, scheduling, etc.  One other characteristic that separated them from the other contractors I spoke to was that Freedom acted like they wanted the job and cared about getting it and doing a good job.  This seems obvious but it always surprises me how often contractors give me the sense they feel they are doing me a favor by taking the job--whatever the job is.  Freedom is an excellent company.

Every experience with this company was phenomenal!  Nick in sales was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to answer all of my questions and was patient as I struggled to make final decisions. The team that came out to complete the install were great and worked like champs with no complaints even in the 100 degree weather.  I would highly recommend this company!

It was a great experience. From the very beginning, Dan and Candy were very responsive and answered all questions. Dan came out to see the area and to also go through a lot of details with us.
They took care of the HOA approval and permits and answered even more questions.
The work itself was fast, and here again the communication was great. The weather kept on playing tricks on us and Dan kept us in the loop. 
We absolutely love the final product and really would recommend Freedom Fence!

Freedom Fence installed a wood fence for me about two years ago.  I was so pleased with their work I called to get an estimate for replacing the deck.  Dan came out at the appointed time and I was impressed with his professionalism and understanding what I wanted done.  He explained that it was their busy season and it would be about four weeks before we could schedule the job. 
On the scheduled day, I was at work when the crew arrived for the demolition of the old deck, but Dan called to inform me they had found water damage in the wood frame of the house when they removed the old deck.  It wasn't a big surprise considering the age of the old deck and I had heard similar stories from friends who recently had decks replaced.  Dan said they would be able to replace the rotted wood and gave me options and prices, which I felt were very reasonable.
The two men who built the new deck (Richard and Cody) were very polite, friendly and professional.  After the deck was completed, they even sanded the railing to make it smooth to the touch, and then power-washed all the mud and debris from the deck and steps. After they cleaned up and left, the work area was left spotless, not even a stray nail lying around.
I would give this company an A+ for communication (which you don't list but I think is important), and would also give an A+ for quality and professionalism.  I can't say enough good things about Freedom Fence and Home, I LOVE MY NEW DECK!!!!

• From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.  From Candy who was my first point of contact and set up appointments, to Kyle who provided the estimate and a detailed breakdown of the work that would be performed and the cost of the labor and materials, to Steve and his crew who arrived on time, went to work immediately, and completed the job much faster than I anticipated.

I was very much impressed by the way this company does business and the professionalism its people.   Their process is very transparent.  No hidden or surprise charges, no hard sell.   Communication was great, they always returned phone calls and answered every question I had along the way.

  Freedom Fence also stands behind their product.  About three weeks after the original work was done,  the gate required realignment, due to the normal settling of the fenceposts into the concrete base.  Steve came out and did the needed adjustment, no problem.

Crew arrived in the morning when expected on the scheduled day.
I pointed out some property markers to make clear where the fence line at the edge of my property was.  The specifics of what I had contracted for was already spelled out on the contract.  While I was home all day in case there were questions, nothing unexpected came up.  The crew proceeded methodically, and in a very professional manner.  The work was done much quicker than I expected, and without any problems.
I am very pleased with an excellent installation.

I was very pleased with this company. We moved into a brand new townhome and had to get the neighbors permission and HOA permission in order to get approval for the patio and the Fence. Kyle kept checking in on a weekly to every two weeks to find out the status of what was going on. Once all approvals came in they started about 3 weeks later. The patio was installed in one day, and it was wonderful work and two days later the fence was installed all in a day. I really have to sing praises about the fencing people. When they installed my patio they put in a tube that connected to my gutter for the water to drain out, but I noticed that the tube was pointing up and collecting rain water instead of releasing the water into the ground. So I casually mentioned it to the fencing guys that I need to call the patio people back out to fix the problem. Well the head person went to home depot and bought a new kind of drain to release the rain water. He didn't have to do that but he knew the patio people are really busy this time of season so he took it upon himself to fix the problem. Little did I know until later that he was part owner of the company, which surprised me because you normally don't see the owners working along side of their employees. Really said alot about the care and level they put into this project. I would definitively recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future.

They did a great job and I was pleased with their services. They addressed whatever concerns the city inspector had when he came to inspect the project.
