I had Freedom Fencing replace a fence for me a few years back and there were a few planks that had popped loose. I called them to come to take a look and Steve called me and indicated he was going to check it out and would call me back. By the end of the evening when I arrived home later that date the fence had been repaired! Planks were replaced and he even shaved off gate door as was tight to close. I didn't even ask him to fix gate! I highly recommend this company as they are responsive and efficient!

Quality work and smooth project start to finish - This was one of the easiest and best contractor experiences we’ve had and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects. Jim came out to give us an estimate on about 80 feet of privacy fence between our property and our neighbor’s, showed us our options and pricing and was totally knowledgeable and low pressure. We had another estimate scheduled but we were so impressed with the initial consult and the photos of their work that we just went ahead with them and we were glad we did. On the job day, Steve came out and personally looked over the site and answered all our questions and the fence was put in without a hitch. All the workers were courteous and everything was left clean and tidy. The fence looks better than I ever imagined a privacy fence could look and I feel like it really adds to the property. Estimate was not the cheapest but the materials were much better than the other companies they were very flexible and so were we but the job was completed way ahead of projected time of completion. Very happy with the results and quality of workmanship. Highly recommend this company.

After receiving 3 estimates to have a 14 year old deck replaced we decided to go with Freedom Fence & Deck, my husband and I are so glad we did. Dan was very knowledgeable and professional; he was so helpful explaining the best product to use for our new deck. We received an estimate to tear the old deck down and replaced the new deck before Dan left our home. Dan & Candy, the office manager, followed up with the permits & our HOA requirements. The approximate period of time to get the deck started and to finish were as agreed on our contract. The crew, Whitey & Cody was very knowledgeable & hard working, great workmanship from start to finish. The deck was completed in a very reasonable time during very hot weather. They both were very personable & answered all our questions. Whitey & Cody cleaned up the work area everyday and made sure we were comfortable with the progress made on the job each day. We cannot thank you enough for your excellent service. The deck is a prime example of your hard work and dedication. We are looking forward to enjoying our deck for many years.

They salesman was very polite and knowledgeable, he explained everything in great detail. I was very impressed by his crew, they are hard working and completed the task in two days under very harsh hot humid weather. I'm impressed that we still have honest hard working people in the world that are competent in their work, produce quality product in reasonable time frame as promised. Thank you! Jim, the salesman, was great! He came to provide the initial estimate, gave me time to think about the project, followed up with a couple of phone calls and a thank you note! When he came back to clarify a few things about placement and schedule the fencing project, I felt confident in choosing Freedom Fence and Deck to do the job. Ed and Xavier, the fence craftsmen, took great care in building the fence how I wanted it done and made suggestions for improving my ideas. Steve, the owner of Freedom Fencing, came at least once each day to help the guys and make decisions on the installation and work on building the fence. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the fence that Freedom Fence and Deck built. I will definitely recommend them!

Brian, who gave the estimate was very knowledgable about every aspect of fencing. He was very helpful but not a pushy salesperson. He worked with me through the changes. I never felt pressured. Brian is a very nice young man. The crew who did the work were awesome! They worked from the time they got to my house until the end of the day. They were professional and curteous. I thought I would have a big mess to clean up after the work was done but they cleaned up everything! I was very impressed with the work crew and will be using them again for deck. I appreciated the fact that the owner came to inspect the work when it was complete.

Freedom Fence and Deck did an excellent job building our new deck. They were flexible with the design, their price was fair, and they started on schedule. The construction crew, Whitey and Jimmy do outstanding work. They discovered some rotting wood in the supports holding up the back of our house and did an excellent job rebuilding them. Our new deck looks terrific.

The owner couldn’t get a hold of me because I hadn’t unpacked my landline. He said I tempered you were moving so he said his guys would be coming the next day if it didn’t snow. So of course it snowed and the next day so they came the next day and put in all the posts and the next day they finished 3 gates and the fence. Freedom Fence did a beautiful job they were pleasant , hard working and on time. It worked out great I only had to walk the dog less than a week. I also had a coupon for $1500 which helped a lot. Well. But because the job was small, they declined to carry it out.

We had a small deck and were given advice to replace it with a patio to both save money and expand the space. We had been thinking about what to do for several years and kept speaking with contractors who were more interested in selling us what they wanted rather than what we wanted or needed. Freedom Fence and Deck came to our home and asked what we wanted, listened carefully, understood our price point and gave us a great solution. He patio is beautiful. The steps out the door are wide and look great. When the work was being done I noticed some small adjustments we wanted, and he accommodated the changes without complaint and with only slight adjustments in costs to cover additional expenses (like railing for the basement steps). We had tons of rain and he worked around it. They cleaned up and reseeded the grass where it was needed. I am beyond happy. The beauty, usability, and cost (within my budget) al worked to give me the perfect outcome. I have worked with a lot of contractors and if you want a non nonsense contractor willing to do what you need and want, Freedom Fence and Deck is the company to call!

The company was extremely professional and answered all of my questions since I'm a first time home buyer. My fence was rotten and needed replacement around the winter. The company was very helpful to assist...the down side was waiting for the weather to not be too cold to allow the fence to be installed (which took a few weeks). The price was reasonable and fence installation went very well.

Everything went smoothly from the sale (onsite, at our home, with samples of materials and a quote at the time of the visit), to communication with the main office (regarding timing of construction, follow ups on payment milestones) to the construction (which was expertly handled by a crew of two guys who work for the company). The owner himself came out to install plugs in the screw holes on one side of the deck, after the crew decided that the original plugs were not a good color match. We appreciated that attention to detail and the fact that the company handled it without our even knowing it had been an issue. The crew made sure the construction area was clean each day when they left. Our bluestone patio and surrounding landscaping were in good condition after the work.

It took a bit to get on their schedule just based on they are busy but there is a reason for that. Freedom Fence did a great job with a very high attention to detail. We are very pleased with the outcome and quality of the work. They are also the only contractor we got a bid from that had a great solution for one side that I wanted to be able to have a gate of some kind but it dipped down due to how our drainage ran.

I was very pleased with the entire process. 'Freedom Fence', provided a free price quote, and once the contract was signed, they handled all the permits. On the date set for the work, the crew arrived on time and completed the project in one day. This company guarantees its work and is responsive to customer concerns. Several weeks after the job was done, I was having an issue with a lock on the gate. Freedom Fence sent someone out immediately to address the problem. Based on my experience I would definitely hire this company again.

I got ridiculous prices from 3 other fence companies before I asked Steve to to take a look at our fence; some damaged sections, a gate problem ( would not latch) and two sections being displaced by trees. I had plenty of extra fence sections and a few extra posts but I needed more corner posts and some post caps and their expertise on how to do the work. Steve almost apologized when he quoted me his price- their daily crew minimum- because he thought the work would take his crew less than a day. I rescheduled them from their original date, our very wet spring further delayed them but, when they did come, it did take them less than a day but I'm not complaining. Work was done well. My only minor gripe is that Steve said the gate repair would require resetting a corner post but the crew just crowbarred the hinge so that the gate now latches. Measured by results I guess its ok, unless the hinge fails because of being slightly bent.

Freedom Fence and Deck worked with us exceptionally well from the start. Brian was great during the estimates and design phase. Dan, the project lead, actually saved us about $1000 by pointing out a structural design piece we asked for was unnecessary. When the inspector said we had to add a railing to the stairs, they went ahead and added it without any additional charge. Whitey and Jimmy did a great job on the build over the course of about two weeks (delayed by rain), and they even went out of their way to pull aside any big rocks they dug up for my gardening. In fact, when they saw what I was doing they even refilled holes in my yard from where I'd transplanted bushes. We couldn't be happier with our new deck and Freedom Fence.

Freedom Fence replaced our back yard fence of our townhouse and did a fabulous job! From the time Brian came out to give us an estimate to Michael finishing the job, it was nothing less than excellent. I also want to add the ladies that I spoke to in the office were always pleasant and accommodating. Brian, the estimator, was very professional and took his time showing us fencing options and prices. He was thorough as as well as knowledgeable. The estimate was comparable to others we received. Michael and his partner were selected to complete the job of taking our old fence down and building the new one. Michael, with 25 years of experience, took his time and paid close attention to detail. He perfected the fence and was done in 3 days. His craftsmanship shined in the details of the wood and how each board flows into the other. Mike was also careful not to damage any flowers in my garden. I absolutely love the finished product! This fence is solid as a rock and will last a lifetime. I always say “you get what you pay for!”. Thank you Freedom Fence for our beautiful backyard fence!

We had a great first consultation with a rep from Freedom fence and deck and he spent a great deal of time with us going over options, etc. He hand wrote us a rough quote that day and then when we reviewed our options and emailed him with the revisions, but unfortunately we never heard back with a final quote. We followed up a couple times and still never got a quote. So we opted to go with another company.

Freedom fence did an excellent job replacing one side of our fence after the storms in March. The price was reasonable, and they made some last-minute recommendations thanks improve the stability of the fence (post estimate) at no additional charge to us. We were very pleased with the upright & honest service as well as the final product.

Brian was our account rep, and he was awesome to work with. His responsiveness was excellent, and we liked the work they did so much that we had them come back and install more fencing. I would 100% recommend this company, and Brian is the best!

Was a rough start with the estimator not showing up, but once that got cleared up, and we got our estimate, everything went smooth. Crew showed up on time, did a great job, and we've been happy ever since. We had a few minor workmanship issues, but the owner came by and took care of all of the issues I listed within a few days.

The fence completely braced the fall and the tree was resting on my neighbors house, on top of his infants room. The fence possibly saved lives and I am beyond grateful that their service was so high quality that it managed to make what could of been a disaster more reasonable to deal with. The tree fell on a Friday and by Sunday Brent was back out at my house taking pictures, provided a potential quote, and working with me to have the damage resolved.
