After waiting a few weeks for an appointment, Nick arrived on time and was polite. He asked what work needed to be done, and when I re-explained exactly what we initially discussed, he replied that they don't do fence repair because of warranty concerns. This is perfectly logical, but a major waste of my time (and money, I took off work). In my eyes, this was a complete scam. Freedom Fence said they offered something they do not simply to get an appointment and attempt to sell a new fence, which is not needed.

Excellent. Dan provided an estimate for the deck price and installation timing and over-delivered. Because we scheduled a few weeks before the spring, we were able to get the winter rate and they started a week early because of a scheduling conflict with another customer. After the deck was finished, Dan personally inspected the deck and made sure we were completely satisfied, which we were. Strongly recommend!

Fencing was completed in two days and installed just as envisioned.

We talked to four deck & fence companies. Two of them are the 1,000lb gorillas in the area, and the other two were local companies with decent Angies List ratings. We ultimately went with Freedom because: 1. Their price was nearly the lowest (the lowest price company seemed like they were cutting corners with labor and materials -- we're not paying for that!) 2. They offered every 'perk' that the gorillas were offering, 3. Their salesperson, Kyle, was friendly, responsive, reasonable, upfront, and honest. 4. They have the best warranty of all (others were equally as good). Communication was never an issue with this company -- in fact, we could call Kyle at any time (and did), and he'd work to fix whatever issue we may have. At one point, the wrong spindles were installed on the deck's railings. After one call, it was fixed. No arguing, no back-and-forth, just an honest mistake, and the next day it was corrected. The timetable for completion was almost exact, the permitting went smoothly, the work crews were easy-going and efficient, and the overall quality after completion was superior. We're very satisfied with Freedom.

Freedom Fence and Deck did outstanding work and was incredibly professional during the design and build phases of the project. I will also say that none of their competitors (high quality fence companies in the area) came close to accommodating my budget for this project, especially in light of how many customized features I requested for a 6’ cedar privacy fence. I am not exaggerating when I say that the excellent craftsmanship of the fence really pops and dramatically increases the property’s “curb appeal.” Their fence will almost certainly contribute to the overall sale value of my home in the future. However, the second most important part of a project like this, at least in my opinion, is the interaction I have with the company doing the work. And this was the best part of the process. The reason I am giving them such a high customer service rating is they demonstrated remarkable friendliness, patience, and flexibility during a design process that, frankly, was complicated by the fact I had never designed a fence before. The company, and especially their representative, remained approachable and good-humored. They also did everything they could to stick to the original price quoted in the estimate, even though the design changed—and definitely did not became cheaper. The bottom line is these guys delivered in a big way and they were a pleasure to work with, even though their client presented some challenges along the way.

We are very pleased with Freedom Fence - Nick was very knowledgeable about the installation and selection which helped a lot. While it did take a few weeks to get on the schedule, once work started the team worked through a snowfall to install the fence in just a few days; we're extremely happy with the result. A+ quality and the fence looks great!

Freedom was terrific. Our deck replacement could not have gone better and it is beautiful. We went with composite.

Everything went well. Dan was very responsive and kept us up to date on when the project would start since weather kept delay. Project took the exact amount of time we were told at the time of estimate.

The fence looked great till I walked around a few weeks after it was installed. they had miss measured the distance between a few of the fence posts. The fence slates were just a inch or so short so they had angled the nails so they would reach the post. I called to complain they sent a guy out right away. but instead of installing a post next to the one that was already their he nailed a 2x4 on the post and nailed the slates to that. Not sure how long that is going to last They are very nice people to deal with but The mistake should of been corrected during the install. Thought a long time before posting this but the repair was subpar

Not hired; pricing was not competitive. I will be doing the work myself for significantly cheaper with the same materials. Ultimately, the only compromise for me will be doing the labor myself.

Too good for words!! We are more than pleased! The entire crew from sales to completion was so great to work with. The install crew solved the up and downs of the yard contours and kept the clean look flowing. We are thrilled. So efficient and courteous. Even our neighbors thought all liked so nice and couldn't believe a crew of up to 4 were working in the yard.

When we first contacted Freedom Fence through Angie's list, we received a quick response from Candy. Only a few days later, Kyle came to our house and did a walkthrough. Kyle was personable and knowledgeable. What stood out most about this company and other competitors, was Kyle's thoroughness and attention to detail. He spent over an hour with us making sure we knew our options and understood everything properly. We appreciated this tremendously! During installation the crew was on time, professional, and did a great job. We are very happy with our fence!

Every part of this process was nice & easy! Kyle came out to provide us an estimate on black aluminium fencing for our back yard. He worked with us on ideas to bring down cost when it was over our budget. He also came out the day before installation to put flags on the property so my husband could see the general outline (he was not able to be there for the estimate or installation). The day of installation came and we were lucky that a double work crew was available that day! They installed everything in one day.
