The guys at Freedom showed up on time, fully explained my options and gave accurate estimates. They installed a beautiful and durable gate. It was so well done that another contractor saw it and asked for their name so that he can use them in his projects. When there was a minor issue with the latch being off-center, they came back immediately and adjusted it at no charge.
These guys are fantastic, and really know what they're doing. I highly recommend them for any gate or fencing work.

The estimator show up as scheduled, was very professional and prompt providing drawings/bid.   I accepted the bid and set up the date and time to install.  The installers arrived on time and were very professional in all aspects of installing the fence per the estimator's drawings.  The job we had done was not large but based on all aspects of our installation I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable fence company.

Overall this was a very pleasant experience.  My wife and I had been needing a privacy fence to close off one side of our yard and after reviewing several contractors we decided to go with Freedom.  They came out and had all the work completed in the time specified, they were very professional, used high quality materials, and left the site spotless. 
I had suspected the price to be a bit on the high side, but you get what you pay for.  In this case, I did my own research on the cost of materials, tool rentals, and my own personal time to perform the same job with an assistant and the DIY cost came out in the same ball park.  Needless to say we will be using these guys again in the future.

Steve came out promptly to give me a quote, which was less than the bigger competitor. The fence was installed about three weeks later and on the exact date I had requested (plus one day due to torrential rain). It took less than a day to install the fence. They came back the next day to install the gates because they had to wait for the concrete footers to dry.
We love our fence. We have a huge back yard and always felt kind of lost in it. Now we have a nice size fenced in area that is cozy and eye pleasing.
I would definitely use Freedom Fence again. I really like supporting small business and having the owner on the job.

The job was done quickly and efficiently.  With the exception of the gates, which were hung the following day, the fence was up in one days time.  They were easy to work with, and when we voiced a few small concerns (some of the boards had major knots), they were quick to address it without complaint.

They were very responsive and the price was good. They did a great job. They knew I needed the work done in a certain time frame and they accommodated that.

We contacted Steve from Freedom Fence after having 3 other quotes for our privacy fence. He came to our home within a few days to give us a quote and came in under the 3 previous quotes. He had samples of the material that he would be using for our fence and gave us an approximate time line for ordering materials and installation. He seemed very nice and professional. On the day of installation, Steve along with 2 other guys worked very hard and were very professional towards myself as well as my not so polite neighbor. The work was completed in about 4 hours and it looked AMAZING! I had a neighbor stop by during the installation process to get a business card from Steve because she was so impressed with his work.

The folks at Freedom Fence were very responsive and professional.  They were available to do the work right away after we signed a contract for the job.  They are knowledgeable on local codes and gave us good advice on what fence height we were allowed to install at the different parts of the fenceline.  They are also very knowledgeable on fencing codes as they pertain to swimming pools.  The work was done very quickly and the quality is excellent.  The men doing the work were efficient and professional.  We have gotten lots of compliments on the appearance of the fence.  We love the way it looks, too, and are also very satisfied with the performance of the fence so far. 

Work went smoothly and project was completed in just under 1.5 days. Steve and one assistant came and put up the fence in our yard over the course of a weekend. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The fence is great so far, and Steve mentioned that if there is any changes as the fence and posts settle, to let him know and he will be out to fix them. He was prompt to come out for the estimate, and had the most fair estimate compared to several local competitors (plus one ridiculously high quote from Lowe's). He was easy to get a hold of in the process before installation. I couldn't recommend Freedom Fence enough!

Approx 6 wks wait for work to be performed. Workmen worked very hard and completed estimated 3 days work in 2 days. Excellent quality of materials and workmanship. Discount given for unused materials.

Overall, we had the feeling that this company was trying to cheat us.  He seemed to pull the "revised" estimate out of thin air the next day, with no concise explanation of why the first figure was so far off.
Of course, as a customer, we needed to feel that the company we were hiring was honest and trustworthy.  NO CHANCE that we would hire these guys to do any work for us!!!!!!!  Beware!!

Weather delayed the installation, but Freedom Fence kept us informed the whole time.  The installation was all done in one day and done well.  We were very pleased with the finished product. 
It should also be noted that Freedom Fence came in much less than the other fencing companies we received estimates from.  The work did not reflect a lower cost.  It was still done with attention to detail.

The two men that installed the fence were very professional and considerate of our neighbors needs. They showed up on time and walked us through all of the details. We left for the day and came home early from work to find the job almost complete and all of the work was done with perfect precision. We had knocked down a portion of our fence the week before and they were kind enough to take the left over debris and disposed of it with the rest of the fence. Before leaving, we asked if they could put a parking sign on the fence and they gladly did it. 
They were kind, professional and most importantly they did the job right. As a plus, they finished early and cleaned up the yard. I highly recommend Freedom Fence & Home inc.

They were great, he responded promptly to all my e-mails and phone calls. They were here and got the job done exactly when they said they would. They were very professional, and the guys that were with him were great, very nice and personable.

I really can't express just how great these guys are. Not just in personability but craftsmanship and end results. They are personable, they listen, and they succeed in getting you what you want. We couldn't be happier.
Shane was very personable when getting the estimate for the fencing, he listened to what we wanted and ensured us it could be done.  Once signing the quote he told us it would be 4 to 8 weeks for the install. About 4 weeks later, the fence was installed in 2 days and my husband and I are could not be happier. We went with the full privacy fence in the back and we were really happy about how they the boards were placed on top of the fence to match the slope of our yard and it didn't look choppy in the least. We will probably be contacting these guys in the near future for a quote on getting a deck installed on the back of our house.

Freedom Fence did a fantastic job.  They were on time for the estimate and emailed a quote shortly after our meeting.  We discussed several options for fencing material, style, sizes, etc.  They provided a brochure with many options for our project.When the fencing material arrived, we were on the schedule for installation the very next week.  These are local guys, who work hard and can be trusted.  They finished our project in less than two days (as originally quoted), even though it poured rain on the first day.  We were impressed with their work and the price was less than several of their larger competitors.

This company was a pleasure to work with.  Shane came on time for the estimate, listened to what I wanted, gave me many options. He worked with us to provide parts that would last.  Steve and his coworker arrived on time on the day that the work was to be done, completed the work very carefully and efficiently.  The results are perfect.  I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

I called Steve on Monday, left message on his phone to contact me for a free estimate on fencing. Steve called back and we set up appointment for Thursday afternoon. Steve arrived on time. My wife and I discussed with Steve what we wanted done. He measured out the amount of fencing we would need, went back to his truck and came back with what we thought was a reasonable cost for the work.  It was hundreds of dollars less, compared to two other estimates we had received. He informed us it would be 4 to 5 weeks before he could do the job. We said ok, signed the contract to have work done.  We told Steve we were unsure about a design change we wanted to do depending on cost. He told us he would find out the price of the item and call us back. He called back the next day with the price, and we decided to add that item to our fence. Steve called us 5 weeks later asking if it was ok to come over the next day to do the fence we agreed. Steve and his helper arrived early the next day, we went over what was going to be done and they went to work. Job was finished that day and we were happy with the finished job.

I contacted Steve for a quote and he came over the next day to price the project. He was on time, professional and the price was extremely reasonable. I had to have the work done earlier than expected, but Steve fit me in the next week. They came out on a Saturday morning to set the posts and were finished in a couple of hours. They came back out on Monday but I had to leave before they completed the work. When I came back later in the day the fence was done, it looked great and the yard was clean (something my contractor rarely did when he worked out there). Steve called that evening to follow up and make sure that I was happy with the job. I was thrilled with the quality of the work and the fact that I could trust them to work with little to no supervision during an extremely hectic time. More importantly, the dogs are delighted with their new found freedom!

The guy I dealt with was named Steve. His work was fine, and I was very pleased with it. His price was far more reasonable than that of the other company I had looked at, for the same job. It gave him some profit, I thought, but at the same time, it didn’t gouge me to death. He came when he said he would, and he gave me the estimate right away. He completed the work on time, and the fence looks fine. I would definitely use him again, and I told him that. He’s reliable, and I don’t have to worry that he’d overcharge me. He followed through, even though I wasn’t home when the work was done. I was away on vacation. When I came back, I found the work had been completed, and I was very pleased. He worked on the honor system, and I think he did well.

Although the initial phone response I got from the repair person was disappointing, Steve, the owner, went out of his way to remedy the situation.  They did a good job fixing the problem.

Freedom Fence is an example of what a service company should be.  Steve met us at our not-quite-yet-completed new construction home and provided us with an estimate for the fence and deck.  We considered the estimate to be more than reasonable for everything that we wanted.  He gave us an overview of all the choices and extras and what they would cost, so we were able to make an informed decision.  On the day we closed on the house, the guys were waiting with the materials and ready to begin as soon as we arrived from settlement.  They went right to work and worked all day, every day.  They timed it so that they could be working on the deck while waiting for the inspector to approve the deck footers.  Both fence and deck were completed to perfection by the end of the week.

These guys are fun, personable, hard-working perfectionists.  The finished products are amazing.  We spend more time gazing at our beautiful new deck and fence than we do gazing at our beautiful new house!  I can't say enough good things about them and the work they do.  I would most definitely hire them again.

We sent an email with a description of the work we needed.  They made an appointment to see the area that needed the work, gave us an estimate.  On the agreed on day they came and did the work.  The fence looks fine and their estimate was a little less than some other companies.

We hired Freedom Fence after getting, or tried to get, multiple estimates from various companies. Freedom Fence was able to provide an estimate on the spot.  We really liked the Owner Steve as it was clear that he knew his business.  We also liked the fact that he would be directly involved with the install.  Steve was always responsive and was able to do the job with only a small weather delay.  The quality of the materials and the installation were first rate.
