I called totally panicked about the water damage to the basement. Our sump pump stopped working. I called this morning never expecting an answer it was 7am but Rob answered. He came out that afternoon on time as promised. He was straight forward and honest. To our surprise he said that we had done a great job at containing the water damage and said we can take care of the rest ourselves with fans and a dehumidifier. I was so happy I hugged him. We had someone come in and give us an estimate of almost 8,000. You just don't see this with companies anymore honesty and integrity. I highly recommend their services to everyone. I will tell all of my family and friends. If I am ever in need of the many services that they provide this will be the first and only number I call.

This company is far superior to one we had 5 years ago after the basement flooded. Now we've had another bout of mold and toxicity. From testing to arranging for a fast mold removal, the work was done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. The service was wonderful. From arranging an estimate to finding a day and time that worked with my schedule, it was a great experience. Mine was a very small project. Everything went as planned and actually ended up being shorter in durance than what was expected. All work was excellent from my initial conversation with Rob to the techs who came and did the work. The best recommendation (to me) was the techs who did the work - they really respected the owner and company. The felt that the company treated their client very fairly and was upfront with clients about the cost of their problems.
