1. not show up on time, 30 minutes late; 2. spent five hours could not find the break point, and did not fix the issue. charged $550!!!!!!

Danny Parker showed up ready to work at 0730 this morning. He worked hard and did a great job fixing everything I needed done (which was a bit different from what we expected). My wife and I will call this guy first whenever we have an issue.

It is scheduled Friday morning at 7:00AM. The technician came at 7:35AM. I called the customer service at 7:05am and asked when is technician coming? Keith said will be in 5 minutes. Finally technician came at 7:38AM. Technician installed outlet on 30amps but the range is 50amps. They have to fix the wire and circuit breaker to support 50amps. He charged $175 just to install outlet. He gave quote for $400 to pull a wire for 30 feet to support 50 amps. I called Keith at the office to complete the work. He is not friendly and he is kind of rude. He gave a quote for $475. There is lot of gap between technician and Keith. Because of their communication gap they left with unfinished. I need to find another electrician to complete the work. I do not recommend them at all. I did many projects last one year with different vendors and this is worst experience I ever had so far.

Keith was very helpful in finding a way to accomplish what I wanted at a price I could work with. The young man who came to do the work was neat, making minimal holes in the drywall and leaving the cut outs so that I could patch the holes. I was very pleased and would recommend Greenwave.

We had already installed our fans and only needed to have the duct work completed and exhausted through the roof. Many companies would not even consider helping us without installing the fans themselves. Green Wave was professional, courteous and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend their service.
