Green Wave was fantastic. Instead of coming out to fix my issue he actually talked me thru repairing the issue myself over the phone, free of charge! How many businesses would be willing to do something like that? Overall I am very impressed and will use them next time i have an electrical issue.

I was impressed with the rapid response by Green Wave Electric. Within minutes after my searching for DC electricians on Home Advisor, I received a phone call from this company. Other companies didn't call at all or didn't return my call until the next day. I needed to have the repair done the same day and Green Wave was able to do it. The electrician who arrived was very professional and completed the work quickly, even though he had to search through the entire building (it's a very large old house) to locate all the electrical panels and junction boxes. I will use Green Wave again for electrical work.

This is a review only on the customer service, because I have not yet used their services. However, based on their outstanding customer service (quick return of phone call, advice on fixing the issue myself, and their offer to walk me through on a fix without charge), I will definitely call them again for their service.

I had a non working attic fan that I thought would have to be replaced. The folks at Green Wave said they could just replace the motor. In less than an hour it was replaced at a very fair price. The repairman was on time and did a great job.

Arrived 7:30 am next day to replace wall switch and install ceiling fixture. Time of job 25 minutes. All was very good but $155 may be on the high side - my only question. At billing time there was an additional $5 added for environment concern which was not mentioned when quote was given.

Keith from Green Wave Electric was the first to respond to my request on Home Advisor. He showed up on the date he said he would (today...May 9th 2013) and he was early!! He installed 4 ceiling fans (3 inside and 1 on an outdoor covered porch). All fans were hung without any problems and all are working great (old ceiling fans were removed and disposed of neatly). Keith's price was OUTSTANDING! I had other estimates (one estimate was 3 times as much as Green Wave and they charged me a consult fee....this was a company I had consulted with on my own, not through home advisor). Keith from Green Wave did an excellent job from start to finish!!
