Cory did an amazing job with replacing my ceiling fan with a new light fixture. He was super professional and very flexible in accommodating my schedule to get the service done. I waited to write this review because over time I realized the issues that occurred were not ok. I hired PVI in Oct 2022 to paint the interior of our home prior to move-in. Corey was responsive, professional and able to get the job done in a week. The painting was beautiful, but not w/o issues. First, while the lead painter was professional, I question the crew’s experience. They regularly left their trash/food in our house like a construction site. We weren’t moved in, but your mother doesn’t live here so take your trash with you. There was still trash and debris in the house and yard at the end. The worst part is they didn’t open the windows and instead painted over the closed window sills, so now all the windows are glued shut. We bought a tool but it’s labor intensive, so 90% of our windows remain glued shut. Where’s the quality control? Finally I saw them draining excess paint fluid down our front yard to the street. They missed a few walls and I had to call them to come back.

Cory did a wonderful job and represented the PVI group well. He came out and thoroughly investigated the electrical issue and once deem it to be the appliance and not my circuit didn’t charge me for troubleshooting and quoted me a reasonable price to come back and install the appliance once it arrived. I have already discussed additional work for the near future and I understand that the group does other general contracting work as well that I will definitely consider using them for in the future!

Mr. Henderson came out early on a Sunday morning to diagnose our water heater not working after a power outage. Because the issue was resolved quickly and only required a few moments of troubleshooting and no repairs were made, he did not charge me for the visit. He also graciously advised me on how I can troubleshoot breaker panel issues in the future. I took his business card and will gladly call him again the next time I have an electrical issue. He also said he's a general contractor (licensed and bonded) so I may consider using him for other home improvement projects as well. Mr. Henderson was a pleasure to work with and I'm very grateful for his assistance!
