They were doing work in the neighborhood, but we had the most extensive work done. The quality seems good -- it will be hard to tell for another few years. No known immediate issues.

Branton Paving was punctual and professional. Our driveway was split between three owners and George spent time with each owner until all questions were answered. He coordinated with each of us and arrived on time, performed all that he promised and then some. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend George Branton Paving. We had received quotes from 3 other contractors. The Branton prices were the best and the service was exceptional.

I liked what they did. We had a little bit of a water problem because of the way that the original driveway was made and I was a little concerned about the pitch of the driveway before they began. The owner stood out in the driveway with a hose personally watering it down to make sure it drained properly. He was right there at the site while the work was being done. He has an oil based asphalt treatment that he uses which makes recoating in the next couple of years very cost efficient. He was very punctual and his prices were competitive with everybody else. He was punctual when starting the job and I will use him again in the future.

- Business does not guarantee ashphalt millings driveway work despite signed contract. Only mentioned after work was completed.
- Normal rainfall washed away significant portion of driveway.
- Business owner returned for repair only under threat of legal action...had most unprofessional attitude at this point.
- Repair work was very poor quality.
- Went to address listed on conract only to find PO box instead. Business is run from home.

"Our company can not warranty Asphalt Millings because is not a fixed product it's similar to gravel, mulch or topsoil.We did not recommend this product upon meeting this family I was not asked for suggestions or advice. This man is a contractor so I felt he knew what he wanted.They was very clear on exactly what they wanted and how it was to be installed. They wanted exactly 2" of asphalt millings spread through a machine and compacted with a heavy roller. After research they felt this would be there best option our company followed they're instructions every detail. Shortly After a very hard rainfall came and washed out some of this reground millings. We came out and regarded the millings free of charge as a favor to this family but informed them that this is not something we can do after every heavy rain. This was a shared driveway between 3 neighbors almost 10000 square feet in size and with deep ruts we did them a good job. An I don't believe this is a fair reflection on our company or my character I wish these families well but sharing part of the truth and trying to hurt our company is not fair."

I was a little nervous using this contractor as I felt a little pressured during the estimation process. He said I would get a better deal if I had my work done while they were doing other work in the area. That made sense; but I felt that I had to give him an answer right away. I told him that I would get back to him before the end of the day (as I wanted to get other estimates). I called a few places and it ended up that this was the best price. I called him back and we ?sealed the deal?. The workmen did a great job. It?s been about 8 months and the driveway still looks real good. I will be calling him to get an estimate on sealing the driveway in May.

The price was reasonable. They were willing to talk about the price and they were also interested in my business as they threw in some patch work, and they power washed my patio and sidewalk. They do excellent work.
