EB Landscaping has been mowing our lawn weekly for about a month now and they have consistently done a very good job so far. When I initially called for an estimate, he called right back and was very polite and professional. His crew mowed the lawn for the first time only two days later.

Ed and his team were friendly, professional and did a great  job. . My gardens were overgrown and some trees needed removal. The step on my front stoop had sunk and made going up the steps difficult. They removed all of the bushes and plants, as I requested. They secured the step at the appropriate height and refaced the front stoop. They also  removed the concrete walkway and replaced it with a brick walkway. The only hiccup in the process was the weather which prevented them from completing the work sooner, but we can't change the weather.
We re very happy with the jobs they performed and are planning to use them again for some other work we have planned this year. They are  currently designing a front garden for the one we requested they remove. Throughout the process they were helpful and offered advice and suggestions for improvement . 
We have received nothing but compliments from our family, friends and neighbors. (In fact, one neighbor now has "walkway envy")  We have referred EB Landscaping to friends who asked for their card.

Went great!! I was really happy when they came before schedule as they were very honest about having other jobs that needed to be completed so I did not expect them until the end of the month or even May. Family owned and operated and you can tell they take great pride in their work. They did an awesome job on the garden ledge and they were meticulous about cleaning everything up and making sure that everything was just as it was before they came (even better). Probably the most positive interaction I have ever had with a contractor. Courteous and super nice as well.I would definitely hire them again.

Ed called every time he told me he would and came out exactly on time for the estimate and for the project.  Went above and beyond what we asked and our yard looks amazing.  These guys are fantastic!  Ed actually cleaned up a section we did not discuss as he did not like the way it looked. Would use them again for any yard project we might have.  Just wonderful to work with!

I contacted E B Landscaping on Tuesday, to schedule the work.  Ed came out the next day to assess the requirement. He informed me that they were heavily booked, but he would try to get the job done before the end of the week.  He kept in .touch during the week and , true to his word, he, a son, and a grandson came out on Saturday morning and did the work.  They were pleasant but professional and completed the work in short order.  They were polite and efficient, cleaning up as they went.  When they departed, the front of the house looked much better.  I most certainly will use their services again in the future.

We had two job. He is also replaced the front walkway and stupper.

.I'm not really sure about the weed control.  I have the feeling that I'm going to have to have more work done soon, which is what I am trying to avoid.  The weed control used was spraying - and that's all.  I'm not sure that they came back and did a second spray as they said, because weeds are growing and not turning brown as they did the first time.

In all cases his prices were more than reasonable and the work was done professionally. He arrived on the scheduled dates and cleaned everything up after he was done. He does a fine job mowing the yard and cutting where needed, and is mindful of the tight turns our lot requires, trying to avoid cutting when he knows our yard would be too wet to not be damaged by the mower. He is easy to communicate with as well. We're very pleased with his service and hope to contact him for future projects.

We had an area in our backyard that was overgrown with weeds, undergrowth, etc. We asked EB Landscaping to come out and give us an idea of what to do and the cost. Ed, the owner,  came by and suggested that we have the area sprayed to kill the overgrowth and that they would then clear and remove the debris. We agreed and hired them. We had to wait for a day of no rain to begin spraying - then a week or so later they sprayed again. The following week EB Landscaping came to remove the debris. We were not home when the service was completed but we were happy to see the change when we returned home. Ed and his son were very knowledgable and easy to work with. We would definitely hire them again for any yard projects we may need help with in the future. I have also given their name and number to a few other friends/neighbors.

Family owned business. Very personable and responsive. Stopped by to review hardscaping and gardening work needed and called back with an estimate.

Fabulous! Father and son work together. We knew they were in the middle of the busiest time of their season so we did not expect them to be able to start right away but they were in contact with us on a regular basis during the wait. On the day they arrived, they were very professional and courteous, checking with us as the work progressed, to make sure they understood what we wanted.  Landscaping is an art and communicating expections is very important to getting what you want. They also made a couple of suggestions that we liked and agreed with.  We also had a problem with water running through our yard when there is a heavy rain, which erodes the soil adjacent to our flower beds. They worked with us to address this issue and protect our flower beds from being affected by the erosion while we wait for our community association to fix the problem.  They left our yard, driveway and the street in front of our house neat and clean. The flower beds look great and have added to the curb appeal of our house. If you need landscaping, call these guys!

We were contacted soon after I called.  Our front lawn was in bad shape due to tree roots and lack of sun.  Once the offending tree had been removed, we decided we needed help to improve the appearance of our front landscape.  We liked the plans for shrubs and plants for the flower bed, and made only one change on a shrub before signing the contract.  The old sod was removed one day, and the new sod and plantings were completed on another day.  The new lawn and flowering bed look terrific.  We are very pleased with the results, and would not hesitate to use E B Landscaping again.

This company has been super reliable with reasonable cost.

We are very pleased with the work Ed and his crew did for us.They deserve a A plus,our lawn is beautiful .They did everything we ask and more.They are very easy to work with,we have already set them up for next spring.

I needed some mowing done the next day bc two other companies fell through. Called Ed up at 4 the day before and he came by the next afternoon and really saved the day. Mowed and trimmed .5 acre in 20 minutes. Beautiful work, totally pleased!

Contacted me several times promising a quote but never provided it

Ed Sr. initially came to the house and accompanied me around  as I explained what services my husband and I wanted done.  He told me he and his crew could complete the job in about 4 hours.   We agreed on when they should start the work--Ed Sr., Ed Jr., Ed Jr's son, and a cousin came to the house, on time and completed the job in ---about 4 hours as promised.  They doubled-checked a few things with me first, such as where I wanted the bed cut and edged and whether I wanted the butterfly bush removed or just pruned (I thought it was dead at first--I decided "pruned").  The men were personable, friendly, answered any and all questions I had...just great folks with whom to work.  Ed also told me if I decided down the road I wanted the butterfly bush removed as originally proposed, they would return to do that.

A few days later, I called b/c there was "grass" growing around the 3 bird feeders in the back mulch.  I jokingly told Ed Jr. that it might be from the spilled bird seed.  He came out the next day, pinched a bit of the green stuff, and said yes,  the seeds sprouted.  He suggested a few ways to prevent that from occurring again, such as using a tarp to cover the area.  He zapped the areas with weed killer, and then continued around the entire house, and zapping errant weeds as he went.  Just went a little extra for me. 

Each time I spoke with one of the Eds, he always ended the conversation with "don't hesitate to call if you have questions."  We plan to have them return and replace our paved walkway from the driveway to the house. 

Note:  the only reason I gave them a "B" for price is b/c after reading the reviews for Ed's company, we did not bother to get a second estimate.

Ed was very accommodating to my desired schedule. Work was performed April to June at my request. Ed and his crew (family members) know their business, and performed the tasks very professionally. My property was respected, and all was thoroughly cleaned up after each visit. I could not be more pleased, and will use them again in the future.

After interviewing several firms, we settled on EB as they were professional and personable.  Their price was competitive -  so the decision came down "gut feeling."  We made the right choice.  They stripped the existing grass from our front yard; leveled and graded and laid new sod.  They were punctual and stayed until the job was completed in one day.  In fact, they actually returned to place sod in an area I had forgotten about, but we had discussed.  They did this without charge and with very little fan fare.  They were a pleasure.
We are currently redoing our rear deck and if we elect to sod the back yard, will call them first.
