Everything about this job was was superb right from the initial meeting with Jeff. He was personable and knowledgeable. The price was right. The work took a few days to complete because of the rainy weather but we were kept apprised of any delay. The workers were pleasant and professional. A few handrails were replaced as well. They even pressure washed the brick siding on the steps down to the basement! We are proud to have the brightest house on the street and the color and coverage of the deck is perfect

From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Jeff & Lucinda. They replied promptly to my inquiry and were able to generate a quote within a couple of days. Their price was reasonable and they were able to accommodate my special choice of stain color. Power washing was done on time, followed by staining a couple of days later. My deck looks wonderful. This company is a shining example of customer service.

Mr Peters listened to my concerns and preferences and provided information on the best way to achieve what I wanted-a clean, smooth, and protected deck in a nice wood tone. The communication was good in scheduling the work. The workers who completed the work were careful and polite and did a wonderful job.

We hired Deck Renewal to wash, sand and stain our deck, something they had last done for us two years ago. They got it done before Memorial Day, as we had hoped, and did their usual thorough. professional job. The price was significantly more this time -- $1,700, vs $1,450 in 2017 -- but Deck Renewal was the only one of three contractors we reached out to who responded promptly and affirmatively. So that's worth something.

Deck renewal was reasonably priced. They did a great job in pressure washing our house, driveway, sidewalks, patio, & deck. The house etc. looks the best it has since we put on siding & put in a new driveway and patio. I would highly recommend deck renewal of MD.

It went very well. It wasn't just a one-time visit. They did the initial power wash and came back and addressed the needs so I was satisfied. One of my seven new boards feathered and they came back and took care of that as well as coming up with a nice solution for my railing. This is a top-notch outfit.

Once we made it clear that the initial woodwork was very shoddy, the quality of work dramatically improved. The owner was fairly responsive as long as we actively monitored the work. It was an OK experience, and the price was fairly reasonable.

I was personally on site for each visit and emailed you consisting updating throughout the process had one concern one only and that was addressed / the placement of top rail boards though after I reviewed and explained that positioning had to be adjusted do to the deck was not built properly of which you both agreed and confirmed the the original construction of the deck was poor at best or may I say Shotty! End result you both approved with no concerns. When we had our first consultation I was asked if the deck could be restored with out being torn down and my response was yes and the end result from our company was outstanding though perrhaps next time you tear it down and spend $60.000 instead of $6000. I'd be happy to email chain of communication if by chance ideas not shared with you."

Our deck is in a shady area and gets mildew and turns dark quickly. We had the work done in June and to say we are pleased is a huge understatement. The deck, which is quite large and over 20 years old, looks like new. They did an amazing job of cleaning and staining it. Great work; very professional. Excellent communication, too. This is at least the third time we've used them and we will certainly continue to use them because of the exceptional quality of their work.

I have been caring for the deck annually for many years, but this year I decided it was someone else's turn so I searched a number of sources and decided on Deck Renewal of MD. I am pleased with that choice. The deck was washed, stripped, sanded and re-stained. Of particular note was the communication with Jeff who explained the process every step of the way. I like to know the details of any work done around the house and he certainly was excellent in providing that information.
