Brad and his team were responsive and professional.  Even though we had some crossed wires in communication, they went out of their way to make sure the job was done properly and to my satisfaction.  Highly recommend them!

To be completed in 3 weeks, took almost 8, several items needed to be redone, poor all around communications and the mind set they are invincible so give them a bad rating. Suppose to come back and fo a once over a year later. Never happened except the email to tell me to give them a bad rating, they could handle it.

We contacted this company for an estimate and received a call back with in a day or two. Brad came out to look at our deck and sat down and discussed  possible options . He took the time to explain different materials,  their pros and cons, and tried to give us as much information as possible in order to make a decision. We received a very detailed and professional estimate outlining all that was discussed including options the very next day. A few days later he sent over samples  by different  manufacturers in various shades. We chose this company based on their price and the degree of professionalism. We received a possible start date, but that was contingent on obtaining the permit. They began working approximately 3 weeks after signing the contract. Paul and Steve were punctual, professional and precise in their work. They were very personable and even played with our Lab. When they finished for the day, the area was left neat and tidy. We were extremely happy with the finished product. Our deck is gorgeous! We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future remodeling.

I really liked working with this company. Their estimate was reasonable for what we needed done, and we really liked the look of the sunrooms that they build (pictures on website). The work was done quickly and my husband and I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. There were a couple of hold-ups with some loose ends with the porch, but the company provided appropriate compensation when that happened. Their owners and other workers have been personable and responsive. There was one worker who did not show up to work on another job I had discussed with the owner, but I was informed that he was let go. I would recommend using Elite Decks for anyone who wants a beautiful, open, 3-season sunroom.

I went to the Elite Decks website and completed all of their  information to indicate that I wanted to have an evaluation to have a deck built.  I never heard anything back from them again.

We can't say enough good things about this company. Brad made the entire process so easy and they were comprable in price with other companies. The guys that came to do the install were professional and did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend this company!

Excellent. Came on time price was reasonable. I went with a lower bidder, however.

The entire crew was extremely polite and flexible.  We asked for changes when we were pretty far into the project and they were extremely accommodating - didn't once complain and actually helped come up with a great solution that we are very happy with.
Most of all, they take pride in their quality work.  They even mitered all corners on the frame - a detail most contractors wouldn't bother with.
Highly recommend these guys and that is something we hardly ever do (this is the first review I've ever written about a contractor).

Mr. Brad Bowling was prompt, responsive and professional in follow-up to our inquiry and meeting to discuss our deck replacement.  We felt the quote was a good and fair price and his proposal for complete replacement and structural improvements was excellent. Brad came up with the idea of switching the stairway to the end of the deck with a switch at the landing to  bring it to ground level at the edge of the patio.  This gave us a better looking deck with more floor space than the old deck had given us.The crew showed up on the date agreed upon, and worked diligently to complete our project in March of 2013. We felt that the deck was top quality material and would provide a beautiful maintenance-free addition to our home.
The completed deck met our expectations and we've been very pleased. Until now we would have given Elite a straight A rating, however as we reach the two year mark for the deck we have several composite Aztek floor boards that are now warping and we have called Elite to discuss the problem.  We've spoke with Brad on  the first call and he promised to come out on the following Friday to take a look but no one came and we received no call or email that he had been there in our absence. After more phone calls and unanswered voice mail messages we reached Brad again last Friday, April 24.  He said that his partner would be over that afternoon to take a look at the problem.  Once again we have received no indication that anyone showed up and are no closer to a resolution to a big problem.
It was difficult to give them a letter grade for the various aspects of service since initial care and concern for their customers and their work differ greatly from what we are experiencing at this time. I feel that a contractor should be evaluated not only by the work they do but how well they stand behind that work.
 At this time I cannot recommend Elite Decks.

We love Elite Decks!  The estimating process was easy.  Their design ideas were unique.  The construction was quick and they left the site clean every day.  We love our new deck and felt like it was a great value!

Although I submitted online request for estimate and called and left voicemail message, company failed to contact me.  They obviously don't need my business or my money can't spend with them.

We met with Elite and several other companies to replace the original (20 year old) deck on our home. They were the most straight-forward and flexible of the deck contractors. They gave references, and I followed up on them, and the references were positive. The only real regret I have is not choosing a thicker board for the deck flooring. I was given the choice, but assured, I wouldn't notice the difference. Well, I do. I'm a big guy (240+) so if that is the case for you, I'd go with the thicker boards.

Brad came by and was very professional, and he looked into the loose railings that we have on the deck.  He quickly identified that multiple lag screws were just spinning and thus not providing a snug fit, resulting in the loose railing.  I had utmost confidence that he was an expert in the field.  He offered to have one of his crew stop by during the week and fix the affected screws for $75.  Brad has since been unresponsive for almost 3 months.  I have left 4 voice mails, sent 3 emails, and sent 2 Angie's List messages (Angie's List can verify the Angie's List messages, and I'm happy to provide the emails and voicemails I sent as well), all of which have received no response.  I hope no serious illnesses have occurred.  If they are still available, I would love to have them do the work they discussed as the rails are still loose.  I really liked Brad and thought he was professional, but assuming no outside issues he has been extremely unresponsive.  I've never had a company flat out not respond to communications.

They're okay. I would use them again in the future.

They were on schedule and within budget. They were very professional and fast. The teardown was fine and when they left, everything was great.

He showed up measured for the fence. He was going to give me an estimate on 3 types of fencing chain link plastic and wood. He said he would e-mail the estimates over the weekend he came to my home on a Thursday. I never heard from him. I was surprised he acted this way because I had used this company to build a large front porch for me about 5 years ago. I love the porch and its lovely. Thats the reason I contacted them again for a fence estimate. Maybe in the future I'll give them another chance.

Brad seems very nice and we scheduled an appointment for Friday April 11th at 2:15pm.  He never showed up for the appt. and when I called him at 3:30pm he didn't answer or EVER respond to my message.  Very unprofessional.

Overall it took 2 weeks to complete. Workers onsite were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The surrounding area was well maintained throughout the process. Estimate was right on with no overage.

From original appointment for the estimate through completion of all projects, this was an excellent experience.  We scheduled an estimate appointment with Brad, who showed up on time and thoroughly prepared.  he spent well over an hour with us, explained how building codes had changed since the original construction of our house, and made several suggestions regarding design and materials.  He brought brochures and samples with him, and also told us where we could go to see larger deck samples.  He delivered an estimate promptly which covered all issues.  Because we had structural issues with our front porch, he also arranged for Paul (construction manager) to meet with us before we signed a contract.  Their bid was in the middle of the three we got, but we went with them because we had confidence in them and because we felt they had the best customer rapport.  Once we signed a contract, they were able to schedule us quickly, and they guaranteed they would get the work done by Thanksgiving.  We were very impressed with the process.  They had a a full crew here every day, Paul stopped by at least once a day to check on things, and communication was excellent.  We were aware  that we would not know the full extent of the structural damage to the front porch until they started digging into things, and it was worse than we had thought.  This meant that there were additional labor hours and materials involved which were not in the original estimate, but, again, the communication was excellent, and the contract adjustments were fairly priced.  Despite the complications, they still go tthe job done by Thanksgiving, and the results were outstanding.  The work they did really enhanced the value of our home.

We started out looking for a multi-season room to replace the deck.  We interviewed several contractors and selected Elite based on those interviews.  However we ultimately decided we only wanted a replacement deck, partly because of the investment required for a multi-season room and also because we really couldn't decide how many seasons we thought we wanted covered.  We're so used to a deck it was a difficult decision without some experience.
Things were a little slow to get started.  We had trouble with the county permit office and then it rained for 10 days along the way.  It was disappointing that a 5-day job turned in to almost 3 weeks but we don't blame Elite.  They stayed in touch and they were here when they could be.
All of the members of the team were professional, pleasant, and easy to talk to.  It was quite something to see how quickly the elements were constructed.  Given the rain delays I asked one day if they would put a temporary "floor" by our door so that we could still exit; they took care of it the same day.
There were details about the final work that were left undecided during planning.  Working these out with the team at the moment they needed a decision was surprisingly pleasant and straightforward.
We eliminated one work item along the way (replacing our exit door) and I was pleased that the folks from Elite followed up after the work was completed to offer an alternate source for a new door (with better prices).  We haven't made a decision yet about the door but when we do we'll certainly go with Elite to do the work.

The representative from Elite Decking was very smart, capable.  He had some good ideas for replacing our old deck with a new, great looking synthetic/Treks/etc. deck.  The cost, though, was much more than we wanted to spend, and was a fair amount higher than a comparable estimate from another contractor.  I really don't doubt that they would have been able to provide a top-notch deck, but it definitely was going to be a lot more than I thought it should cost.

We are very pleased with our porch and deck.
