I am from SC, my car wouldn't start. Allen said I needed a new starter and battery and charged me twice as much for parts. I even asked if I could pick up parts from AutoZone and pay him for labor but he wouldn't allow it. So I ended up paying 417 dollars on parts and that was an after market starter when I could have paid 230 and gotten a brand new starter. The starter I bought for 300 dollars from Allen was used plus I had to miss a day of work and stay an extra day so he could "order" the parts. I can't comment on the quality of the work yet because I am on my way home so I don't know how it will hold up. Since my car wasn't ready until 3:00 today I won't be getting home until midnight. I was not impressed with a 778 dollar bill to change my starter and battery out. When I asked him about getting the parts myself he finally offered the 10% discount that is offered online. So I paid 685 dollars for a starter and battery. I would not recommend this guy.

They have worked on mine, my husbands, my kids's cars. They give excellent service and they don't charge an arm and a leg. They are really good mechanics. If it is just a simple fix, he'll squeeze me in and get me back on the road. He is honest with me and I trust him.
