Phone Service - Cellular
Verizon has been my cell carrier for years in another state. Moved to Bayard Rd in Lothian and their service is almost non existent. The tech support dept told me in order to make the Home Connect phone work I would need their extender booster however it only works with their satelite wireless service and that is not available in my area. Their office in Edgewater didn't know that and sold me a Home Connect system. Now I have to return to their office with the equipment.
The cell phone service at my new address is TERRIBLE and their tech dept informed me they have no plans to add more towers in the area so I would need to go to a different carrier to obtain cell phone service of decent quality however no carrier was recommended. How am I to know which one to obtain?!
