Had a clogged toilet. Came within 2 hours of contacting home advirsors and had toilet working within 10 minutes. Cleaned up toilet and surrounding area - something I hadn't expected. Will call again for similar problems.

I called John late one afternoon and he was wiling to come that same day but we were without power. He came the next morning with an assistant and quickly determined we needed a new sump pump. They got the part and installed in less than an hour. It was an absolutely perfect experience.

He checked out the area in our garage where there is access to our plumbing thoroughly and advised us that we didn't have an active leak and the tub insert was no leaking.
