Eastern Performance Cycles in Gambrills recommended Catlett's so we called them to move my 1993 Harley Davidson Electra Glide (which was in the last stages of restoration and not registered or road-worthy). The tow truck showed up within 30 minutes of my call which was great. They had a pick-up fitted with a roll-back specifically designed for hauling motorcycles so I knew we called the right people. The driver took about 20 minutes to securely tie down the bike and pull it up onto the truck. We were moving only a few miles away, so it was a quick drive across town where the Harley was gently put back down on the driveway. Although I hope to not need a tow truck again, I would definitely use Catletts again.

Brought my SUV in when they opened as they suggested, they said it would be about an hour which is was - they even provided the output from the balancing machine showing weights etc and disposed of the old tires. Will definitely go back, extremely friendly and professional.
