Elegant homes arrived on time and did exactly what needed to be done in my home. They were hired to recaulk all of my kitchen counters where the counter meets the backsplash. They carefully removed the old caulk, cleaned the surfaces, and applied the new caulk neatly with skill. The beads were smooth with just the right amount of caulk and no air bubbles. There were no areas that I had to clean excess caulk off of the granite. They used quality caulk and left the job site spotless. The cost was exactly what I was told in the estimate and they scheduled my job within a week of my calling. I was impressed with the care taken with my small job and will definitely hire them again.

My job was very small but Elegant Homes was able to assist! My only caveat is that it was a little pricey for the time it took to perform the work; however, I could not do myself and know it is expensive to do the little things!

The best communication I've had with a contractor. Paz took my call right away, stopped by my house to check out the issue and then came with his team that same week. They worked for a little bit in the rain to get the job done. I will definitely use Elegant Homes again.

Paz Castillo and his team were very professional, very capable, and very efficient. We needed a wide range of small to medium sized jobs done to finish up a large remodeling project. The work involved some carpentry, a lot of dry-wall repair, and the installation of an attic stairs unit among other things. He and his team paid close attention to detail, matched tough-to-match baseboards and trim, and worked with all the uneven foibles of an old house. They also left the work space clean and vacuumed and were careful to protect surrounding areas. Paz responded to our request right away, made one visit to assess the work, and sent us a detailed proposal that evening. His prices seemed fair for the work we expected, so we signed on. We're very glad we did and expect to talk to him again about future projects. Very happy with "Elegant Homes!"

Paz contacted me promptly after I requested a handyman on HomeAdvisor.com. He answered all of my questions about the several repairs I needed. We made an appointment for the following day. He and his assistant texted me to let me know they were on the way. They showed up promptly, did the work quickly, went to store to buy a needed part for service, and cleaned up afterwards. I asked about a few other projects, and Paz again gave me well-informed options. Paz has extensive experience in remodeling, and is branching out into handyman services. Because of his background, he is very knowledgeable and experienced. He provided an estimate over the phone based on what he thought the repairs would be, and the cost was lower than I expected. We are definitely planning to use him again!

Paz Castillo arrived on time, he surveyed our situation and made his analysis of how we should proceed to rectify our problem. His suggestions were definitely better than what we thought we needed to do. He accomplished his work honestly, quickly, neatly, and left us better off and happy with the results. We already have him coming back to perform another unrelated job. We will recommend Elegant Homes to fix, repair, or "make better" any situation in or about the home. You will be in good hands.

I had a list of things I needed done - everything from plumbing, to hanging some things to adding weatherstripping to my front door. He was able to take care of everything in one visit and saved me from having multiple people in to do the different things. He was extremely courteous and on time. I will hire him again for my next handyman projects.

Paz responded to my inquiries promptly, fit me into his a schedule quickly, and showed up on time for the job. He overestimated the amount of time it would take which meant he finished a day early! I didn't like the way he left one part of the work and he volunteered to come back to make adjustments. Posiitive experience.
