Very timely and thorough.

I had my roof and gutters replaced. They made everything so convenient. I didn't have to leave work to meet the contractor of an estimate which, for me, is a plus. The estimate was thorough and clear. Communication was good and I'm satisfied with the work.

Dan was very attentive to our needs and did a great job.

They dropped a quote off the next day; they were helpful at answering my questions but did not pester me for a decision. Once I made the decision to move forward, it was easy to schedule the start of the work (and if it weren't for all the crazy weather and snow, I trust it would have gone to plan as materials had been delivered). As soon as it got better, I got a call and in 2 days they were out and the job was done in one day. I'm really pleased with the results and recommend them. Dan Cox is very personable and helpful, especially since this is my first home/big repair job. Definitely use On Top Home Improvements!

Dan (On Top Home Improvements) called really quick after I submitted the servicemagic request. His experience and understanding of the problem I had with my roof was apparent - several tiles had blown off due to strong winds. I expressed desire to have roof repaired quickly (same day) due to pending weather. Fortunately he was able to have a crew out to the house within hours. The repair went well and held up to 2 back-to-back blizzards. The quote and actual cost was spot on. The work did come with 3yr warranty. I would definitely recommend On Top Home Improvements, Inc.

He provided a detailed estimate that was competitive with the five other roof replacement estimates which I received (tied with one other for lowest price). Work began when promised and was completed on time. Roofing crew conducted thorough clean up of area upon job completion. I am very satisfied with the high quality and professional work by On Top Home Improvements in replacing my roof, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
