They've done a great job for me and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They are incredibly competent and knowledgable. They are nice people to work with, expecially the owner, and they always clean up after themselves.

While discussing the job, Mr. Cooper suddenly said "I have to go. I'll call you back." He never called back. Amazingly rude.

They arrived about 10 min late. They were very pleasant. They used drop cloths where possible. They cleaned up and everything was explained in detail, including the price breakdown. They finished the work in about 3 hours. They had to cut in our closet, ceiling in the living room and ran the wire across to the breaker box in the basement. They did a neat job.

I called them yesterday and set up an appointment.  Two electricians came today, on time, calling ahead as I wished.  One of them got to work on the light switch in the master bath and fixed it quickly.  Re-activating the light switch in the guest bedroom was more of a challenge -- the previously ownder had it rewired for some reason or another, and it was not clear just which plug the switch control.  They traced it out -- at one point going up to the attic -- and fixed the problem.

The two electrician each were in my home for an hour.  They were prodessional and polite.  They charged $145 for the work, which I consider to be quite reasonable.  I will definitely call them the next time I need an electrician.

The initial attic installation went well.  We called a few weeks later to change the set temperature but did not hear back.

Did good job on almost everything but failed to tell me that fan cover would not cover existing opening BEFORE installation. Also failed to tell me how to remove the cover properly without damaging it.

I needed a number of electrical jobs done in my house. Rob, the scheduling manager, promptly returned my call and set up a date for his workers to come to my house. I gave him a rough estimate of what was needed so he would know how many people to send. The two electricians were a bit later than planned but did call ahead to let me know when they could get there. They quickly fixed the broken wiring, plus identified the source of the non-working disposal, which wasn't in the original estimate. The light fixtures were quickly swapped out and they moved the switch from one wall to an adjoining one. They cleaned up their work areas and took away the rubbish. Total time: about 3 hours. I've had good luck with this company in the past and will continue to use them for other projects. However, for major projects, I will get competing bids to make sure I'm getting the best value for my money.

Ver good. Was able to meet them at my home immediately & they were (a) the most responsive of the three companies I called, and (b) if you live in a Levitt-built home, probably good top hire a electrician who does a lot of work there.

I received an over-the-phone estimate 10 minutes after my first call to Professional Electric Inc. They came to my house the following morning to do the work. Robert and Mike were very friendly, professional and punctual. They worked efficiently, quickly and left no mess. We will use Prof. Electric Inc in the future and refer them to friends and family.

We had a new cable going from the power company to our house. They were thorough and did a good job.

We have used them before. My wife has dealt with them mostly. They are very helpful when they come here. They are very knowledgeable about what we want. She likes them because they are prompt and they arrive when they promise. They do the job neatly. We are satisfied with them.

If you are comfortable with your residential electricians not being reliably responsive when you need them, everything else about them was terrific.

Professional Electric installed patio lighting for us this past weekend. They were very prompt, very inexpensive, and finished the job in no time. We had three other estimates and these guys were half of the next lowest. Great job.

I would recommend this company. I called and even though he was very busy, he came over right away within 15 minutes to see if our electrical problem was BGE's problem or ours. He was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was in less than a couple of minutes. He told us it was BGE even after BGE had come out earlier and told us the opposite. BGE had to come out again, apologize and fix the problem because it was on their end. Thank you for taking care of our little emergency.

The installation of the light fixture was excellent. The installation of the roof attic fan was initially not satisfactory, but they came within 24 hours and corrected the problems in an excellent manner.

It went very well. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. They even installed a new light fixture and switch.

They showed up on time and completed the work while they were there. The air conditioner is running like new. They told me how much they were going to charge before they started the job and that is how much I paid.

I thought that they were just great. They had damaged a bookcase when moving the furniture which would have been very easy to hide but they reported the incident and had taken an agreeable amount off the bill. They also had to come back after they were done with the work and didn't charge me for it at all.

It seems we had a bad experience from the beginning. They were either too early, too late or didn't show up. They performed the work in the basement in a satisfactory manner, but then they did something to make our electric lose power upstairs, and wouldn't come back to fix it for days and days. The owner of the company wasn't even interested in fixing it, and said I must have done something wrong. I will never use this company again.

I have had this company perform work at my house several times. When you call to get an estimate, your call will be returned quickly. Professional Electric has always been exactly on time and performed the work they said they were going to do, at the price quoted. They are the only company I call for electrical work. They may be a bit more expensive than some other companies, but to me, it is worth it.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB, I WILL CALL THEM ANOTHER TIME, THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AT ANY TIME.

THEY OFFERED SAME DAY SERVICE AND ESTIMATES. THE ESTIMATES ARE FREE. THEY SHOWED UP EARLY FOR THE JOB. THEY DID NOT INCONVENIENCE ME WHILE TURNING OFF THE ELECTRICITY TO INSTALL THE FAN.
