I purchased a foreclosure property a few years ago, and have been working on fixing it up since then. Originally I had hired a contractor to do a significant amount of work on the place, which they did a mediocre job on. Joe came in, saw the issues I was having from the sloppy job done previously by the other contractors, and came up with some creative solutions to my problems while staying within my budget! He was very professional, and the craftsmanship was more than I had hoped for. It's only been a week since the work was completed, and I've already gotten several compliments on the deck and side room from friends and neighbors. I would definitely hire him again, and strongly recommend him to anyone that needs work done around their house.
