very bad, asked them to,look at several things and let me know, they didn't follow instructions and just left w/o letting me know they even left. Then I had to call several times to get the estimate.
When the estimate came in I called another service that I have used to come in and check and the problem with the tub had nothing to do with what the estimate quoted. As a matter of fact the problem was with the electrical SUPPLY and not the hot tub at all. If they had come and replaced all the parts that they quoted then the parts would have not fixed the problem. So I had to pay for an estimate that was totally incorrect. I have sense has the electrical supply repaired and the hot tub worked fine w/o replacing the parts that they wanted to replace. I understand that mistakes happen but one of the first things to check is to be sure that the electric supply to the tub is working properly. All they had to do was refund the cost of the estimate which was useless to me. They refused to do so.

This was a good experience from start to finish.  The best do I can offer is to send the company pictures when describing problems.  Most of the companies I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about concerning the waterfall.  AAA requested I send pictures, they ordered the part and came and installed it so I paid only the trip fee and one hour's work.  I was very pleased.
