The work was done in our garage on a Saturday morning. The Safelite technician was very polite and the results were much better than I expected. The 0.5 inch star was gone and the only thing visible was the small hole which is now filled but not clear.

COMPANY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THEY CAME TO MY WORK LOCATION, WHEN SCHEDULED. THEY NOTIFIED ME PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, PERFORMED THE REPLACEMENT QUICKLY THE FIRST TIME AND CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY AFTER WORK.

WHEN I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD IN MY PICKUP, I CALLED THE LOCAL OFFICE OF SAFELITE AUTO GLASS. BECAUSE IT WAS MORE CONVENIENT FOR ME TO SCHEDULE THE REPAIRS DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, THE LAUREL OFFICE REFERRED MY WORK ORDER TO A LOCATION CLOSER TO MY EMPLOYMENT. I WAS UNCERTAIN ABOUT THE TYPE OF GLASS I NEEDED, THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN BROUGHT 2 DIFFERENT GLASSES TO THE SITE TO COMPARE. THE REPAIRMAN WAS ON TIME FOR MY SCHEDULED REPAIR AND PERFORMED THE SERVICE WITH NO DISRUPTION TO MY WORKDAY.
