Decided we needed a new roof on a Tuesday. Contacted Renew and had an appointment on Saturday to get a quote. Jared arrived promptly and spent more than two hours going over what our options were. Sure, some of it was a sales pitch, but not as much as I expected and it never seemed too pushy. I already knew I wanted to get a nicer product - we're planning on putting the house on the market in a couple of years and I want our house to stand out in the crowd. My wife took a little convincing about the extra investment - she's happy now because she really likes the look of the architectural shingles. Because we had some other work already scheduled for the following Friday, we were looking to get the work done sooner and were lucky to schedule something for Thursday. I gave Renew a B rating on price rather than an A because I didn't have time to compare prices with any other companies. I think I got a reasonable price knowing I chose the more expensive product, but can't be sure. Crew showed up on time and got to work. They stripped off the old roof and found more damage due to water than expected. They ended up replacing quite a bit of plywood on the roof. It cost extra, but the price charged was as previously agreed in the contract for additional plywood and it was clear that the work was required. They also made some other repairs at cost and did some extra cosmetic repair on the house for a small charge. Cleaned up and gone by 4PM the same day. Jared was on site several times during the day, checking on progress and keeping us informed. Overall, a pleasant experience and a really nice looking result.

The roofing crew and supervisors showed up promptly in the morning when we were told they would arrive. They immediately began removing old shingles from the house and shed. When the old plywood on the shed was discovered to be rotted, they replaced the plywood at no charge. They were very professional and were very careful with our landscaping being sure to pick up any shingles and materials on the ground. They were very thorough with their clean-up. After the new roof was installed we inspected the roof with the crew chief and supervisor since they wanted us to be completely satisfied with the job. The entire installation took one day. We are very satisfied with the new roof and would recommend this company to others. A good job for a reasonable price.

It was great! The roofers were there very early in the morning and worked all day. The roof is beautiful and the flower beds and yard were cleaned up perfectly!

Jared was very thorough in reviewing the project, products, and expectations. He was able to accommodate our schedule for installation. The crew was very punctual, respectful, and clean. The clean up of the roof was very well done. I would recommend this company and this crew with Jared as the project manager. Payment was done after the job was completed to our satisfaction.

ReNew Home Designs was so great to work with! From the initial consultation to the final product, we were treated fairly and professionally and we could not be happier. All workers were punctual and respectful of our house and outside belongings/landscaping that were covered during installation. We received immediate responses from employees when we reached out to them during the process. It was obvious that we were made a priority. Installation of the roof took approximately 6 hours from beginning to end. All materials were cleaned up and our house was left in wonderful condition. We were provided with company's certifications and insurance policies up front and felt very at ease. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to install a new roof!

I arrived a few minutes late for the initial meeting and Jared was out on the deck with a trainee explain what was there and what to look for. Having had one of his competitors in earlier this year, I was interested in what his approach would be. The competitor was very aggressive in pushing the priciest solution whereas Jared asked where my priority was price or length of warranty. Since I wanted both, Jared pointed me towards some options and had no issues when I choose the less expensive shingle option. He was also very open about there being an financial incentive for us making a commitment that night and why. We scheduled the work for the next week. A confirmation call the day before would have been nice, since I never actually noted down the date we agreed upon and I couldn't find it on the contract. Anyway, the team arrived when I expected, introduced themselves, and got to work. eight hours later everything was done to our satisfaction...including replacing only the damaged portions of the strand board, not entire sheets. No leaks, looks clean, well satisfied.

Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jared Arminger, company president, came to our home to make a presentation. He made every effort to keep it low-key and educational. We didn't feel pressured in any way. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time. They took care to preserve garden plantings as they positioned their ladders and tarps. We were encouraged to inspect the work frequently and ask any questions about the materials being used. Jared was present most of the day. The work was done in a day, and all trash was hauled away--and I mean ALL of it. Not a trace was left behind. Near the end of the installation, Jared noticed that a few of the new shingles were defective, so he told the crew to get replacements from the distributor. Honestly, I wouldn't have noticed from my vantage point on the ground, but Jared wanted them replaced. That was a very nice touch. Within the first week of installation, the roof passed the acid test: two days of heavy rain totaling 4+ inches. In conclusion, the whole job was done professionally by people who obviously took pride in their work. Many thanks to Renew!

Jared was extremely professional and thorough in his presentation. We asked a lot of questions and he gave direct answers. We appreciated that after the contract was signed, we weren't left "hanging." He was quick to reply to additional questions after the fact. The day of the roof install, the crew foreman introduced himself and briefly explained how they would be proceeding. It was apparent that safety and cleanliness were a top priority for the whole crew. Jared was also on site the whole day, another plus in case any questions came up. Fortunately they didn't because of the professionalism of the crew. Overall we are very pleased with the results -- our new roof looks great and completely updates the look of our home. We haven't had a single problem (even with rain and the high winds so typical to our area). No hesitation recommending this company!

From the very beginning, our experience was positive. We were approached by a representative in our area and offered a free estimate for work on our home. We had been considering a new roof and windows, so we met with them. The overall presentation and estimate appointment was very thorough and informative. Our representative took the time to go over every detail of the estimate and options available and outlined the installation process that would follow. He walked us through the differences in materials and products and helped us to choose both roofing and window products that fit our needs and also fit within our budget. He presented several pricing options and we were able to choose the best option for us. Our representative was with us from the beginning of the project to the very end and he didn't leave until we were satisfied with the job well done. Both the window and roof installers were professional and did an excellent job installing the products. They also did a thorough job cleaning up the job site when they were finished. The window installs were finished in one day and the roof another. We are very happy with the job that they did and the finished product looks great! We are looking forward to working with them in the near future to replace our front entry way. I would recommend ReNew Home Designs to my friends and neighbors.

Originally met with Jared Arminger on Sat, Feb 22, 2014 for an estimate. He showed us his product and had good ratings with Better Business Bureau. After meeting several companies for estimates, ReNew Home Design gave us the best estimate for the product. Jared informed us that once payment schedule was set, we'll have to wait for weather to cooperate before the new roofing could go on. Heard from Jared the week of March 3 and scheduled us for Mon, Mar 10. The roofers showed up around 8am and started work immediately. They stripped off the old roof and checked the boards currently on the house. All were fine! They commenced with installing the new roofing/shingles. The work went quicker than expected. The cleanup went great! I cannot tell that they were there will the exception of loose particles on the ground from the old shingles that look like dirt. They took everything away which is great! They even covered the gable vents on the house since we went with different venting on the roof. Inspection was done to be sure we were pleased with the work and everyone was let go. Great job done by Renew Home Design. Would recommend them to others.
