Took advantage of my elderly Dad (disabled combat vet, thirty years as a Firefighter EMT). Shingles literally falling off within weeks. Research says they should be fastened with six nails, and the stuff falling off has zero (0) fasteners of any kind. After weeks of not hearing back from the project manager, Gary Peeples, taking social media got my dad I touch with someone named Jared who claimed to be the owner and acknowledged that this was the worst job he'd ever seen. This "owner" has since stopped returning phone calls and is not honoring any of the commitments he made to address the issues. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable roofing Update Day 2- Spoke to someone named Martrez at the office. Asked me a million qualifying questions and refused to let me speak to anyone that might be able to help. He claimed that the Operations Dept was working hard to get someone out to inspect the work, even though Jared Arminger the "CEO" was already out two weeks ago, declared the whole thing a disaster and has been dodging calls and taking zero ownership of his work or his company since. We'll see if Jared or Sara from "Operations" call anyone tomorrow, as Martrez, promised. Almost felt bad for Martrez- you can tell he's covering for these guys all the time by how scripted and canned all of his responses and questions were. Next update tomorrow.

Renew stood out from the start - where most contractors don't seem to answer their phones, return voicemails, or reply to emails, you get someone every time you call Renew - whether to schedule a consultation or ask a follow up question. Ivan Brown was my project manager - he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable every step of the way. Every text and email I sent was answered within minutes. Renew is a GAF Master Elite Contractor, and they actually back their 50 year products with 50 labor warranties. Every other contractor I spoke with offered 10-15 years on the labor, some even admitting they couldn't guarantee correct installation! I had my roof and gutters replaced. The roofing was done a week and a half after I signed the contract. The crew was punctual, dedicated, and careful. They replaced all damaged wood, replaced all existing roof vents and caps, and added a ridge vent. When they ran out of sunlight, they called a supervisor, who came out on Saturday to finish the ridge and vent caps. He was meticulous, and spent the whole day finishing the roof. The gutters were done 3 weeks later. All gutters and fascia were removed and replaced. They added another downspout, put leaf guards around the entire house, and even went out of their way to buy matching downspout extensions when I asked them not to tie into my old weeping system. I couldn't be happier with Renew or the work I had done. They set a high bar that future contractors will have a hard time reaching.

My salesman Ivan Brown was very helpful with explaining the Mezzo windows and the installation procedure. The install team was punctual and left no mess.

The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. They insisted that both me and my wife be present and they did call to confirm the appt. It was good that my wife was there to understand the financing options. I know more about roof replacements now then I did before the meeting. They were not the cheapest but I understand why. They brought a huge crew out to my house and completed the entire job in 1 day. I was impressed by the efficiency of the entire operation. They cleaned up nicely and the financing was clear with nothing unexpected.

I was very pleased overall. I picked this company because they came in with the lowest price. My salesperson was easy to reach when I had questions and the company did a good job of communicating when setting up the job. The workers were considerate and cleaned up well.

We had Ivan come out to our house to talk to us about the company and give us details about getting a new roof. He was very friendly and professional when walking us through all the details. We had the company out the past 2 days to install our new roof. They were very professional and courteous towards us while the work was being done. We would recommend them to anyone looking to get any work done and would definitely hire them again!

The work was completed in 1 day and cleanup was thorough. The roofers even cleared some overgrown ivy on the path from the house to the truck. The new roof looks great; I believe it takes some years off the apparent age of the house.

ReNew had great customer service. The Senior Project Manager (Mathias Allison) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also showed ReNew's credentials and awards from previous years. He inspected the roof and attic, taking pictures of the water damage. The workers were professional, prompt and courteous. They knocked the job out in a day as promised. I'm very pleased with the service and the price for the cost of repair. I would definitely recommend ReNew Home Designs!

Great. High quality product, professional work quality, kept us appraised of progress along the way, advised us when problems were encountered, work completed timely, neatly and per contract.

Everything was done timely, efficiently, and as quoted. I would use them again with no reservations. Our only issue was the debris left in the attic. We expected to have to clean once they were done, but there were a lot of rather large pieces of wood left behind.

The staff at ReNew Home Designs recently did a superb job replacing my old roof, gutters, downspouts, and guards. Their staff arrived on time and courteously answered all my questions. Taking a break only for lunch, they completed the roof tear-off; replaced several sheets of rotted plywood on the roof and rotted wood near the chimney; and completed the new roof in one day. Additional staff replaced the gutters, downspouts, and guards in a couple of hours a few days later. In both cases, the staff cleaned up all litter before leaving my yard. The superior GAF installation materials and procedures not only created a water-tight barrier for my home, but also enhanced its curb–appeal. Renew Homes representative was in our neighborhood knocking on doors to see if anyone was interested in any of their services. We were in the market for a new roof and we spoke with the representative and he set up an appointment for a salesman to visit. The appointment was scheduled for the next week. Matthias was our salesman, he was prompt and professional. Mathias gave us their sales pitch and offered to survey our roof. He even inspected in both our attics so that he could note any damaged wood. Matthias was so good in his sales pitch we agreed to have them replace our roof the same night. Once the job was scheduled Renew homes kept in contact with us informing us of the schedule date while watching the weather reports. On the morning of scheduled replacement it rained for about 30-40 minutes. The workers had removed some of the shingles before the rained. The workers assured us that they had covered everything and they did. After the rain stopped they continued to work replacing our roof that day. They did a great job and cleaned after themselves. I highly recommend ReNew Homes for any home improvement projects. I will certainly use them in the future for our up coming window replacements.

Their Install team was great. Showed up on time and knocked entire roof out by 3pm. Surprise to me was the clean up, it looks like they were not even here. I have had a bad dealing with the people who replaced my windows but this company restored my faith in the Home Improvement industry.

I went very well. They dropped off material two days earlier as promised. They came on time and professionally did their work. They were very friendly and helpful. and the work looks great. However, I cannot answer the "quality" review because the roof is yet to be tested for that.

We recently had a new roof installed on our house by ReNew Home Designs, Inc. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work performed during the installation. The workmanship was outstanding. The architectural shingles look amazing and really enhance the overall look of the house. The clean-up far surpassed my expectations as they swept the yard for nails and removed all debris. The job started on time and was completed and cleaned up after 5 hours. This was a complete roof removal and it was a big mess. The roof needs time to lay flat but it looks great. No worries for us for years.

From the start, everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Quotation for roof replacement was mid range of all quotes, much less than some. Was not pressured into getting anything I didn't feel I needed. Day of replacement, the crew showed up on time, were courteous and went about their business in a professional manner. Replacement was accomplished in one day and all tools and debris removed to everyone's satisfaction. I have recommended this company to others and plan to use them in the future.
