Certified Roofing

Sometimes it is good not to take the low bid. This is the case with Certified. The estimator showed up as expected. The crew showed up as expected. The entire crew was delightful. The project took 3 days. Each day ended with things being tidied up and stowed accordingly. I was invited/escorted to inspect the job. Not knowing anything about roofing, but everything looked good. There were four (4) roofs that needed removal, this was done quickly and efficiently. Over 10,000 pounds of debris was hauled away. Oh my!

The men who did the work were very professional, worked diligently though out the day. Removing an old roof creates a terrible mess and the workers cleaned the entire area thoroughly. Additionally. they were receptive to my requests to correct details and areas that i felt needed changing. I would recommend this company and their excellent staff without hesitation.

Each time I chose Certified I chose them after getting at least three bids from roofing companies. Certified was never the lowest bid but was alway very competitive with the lowest bidder and way less expensive than the highest bidder. For each project I was given a target date in advance for when the crew would appear and each time they met that schedule. The crew was always courteous and respectful. The work was professionally and neatly completed. This last project was a shingled roof. I was completely satisfied with the work. The only caution I would offer is point out to the crew supervisor any landscaping or planting around the house that is important. A few times the crew members were a little forgetful and walked directly over plantings. Also, the company that delivered the roofing supplies place the supplies in the landscaped area and needed to be told to move them.

The Certified team spent the necessary time and effort to complete the job to my thorough satisfaction.

Certified was great! It was a busy time of year, but they worked hard to squeeze us into their schedule and the result was excellent. Their website and administration was very professional, friendly and on point.

We had a leaking roof and obtained estimates from several companies. Certified proposed a solution that both addressed our concerns and was reasonably priced. The work was also completed in a timely and professional manner.

He clearly explained the process and selection of products and thoroughly answered all our questions. The office manager contacted us with scheduling in a timely manner. Jose and his team arrived on time and worked diligently. The clean-up was thorough; we didn’t see any nails! We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Everything went very smoothly. They even agreed to repaint the rakeboard on the side of the roof for free as long as I provided the paint. No problems with the installation -- the crew showed up on time, replaced the roof in one day, and did a thorough job of cleaning everything up afterwards. I would definitely use them again!

Certified did an an excellent job replacing our shingle roof. They were professional, prompt and delightful to work with. They are not the least expensive alternative out there, but we felt their quality warranted the premium price. We recommend them enthusiastically.

I obtained 3 quotes and the one from Certified was the most reasonable. There was a crew of 5 who worked 2 full days to complete the job that included removing the old roof, replacing all the plywood and putting up new shingles. I was very impressed with the diligence of the crew and the neatness of the work. They also thoroughly cleaned around the perimeter of the property before leaving. I would highly recommend them.

Certified did an outstanding job. The roof looks beautiful and the team worked quickly while ensuring that the surrounding flowers and plants were protected. The owner was incredibly responsive and even arranged to have the team return later to make some changes we requested.

Everyone from the owner to the estimator to the installers were professional, polite and responsive. The owner talked to us on the phone and even made a trip out to our house to further answer our questions and to work with us on the price. The roof was old, so they added a second attic fan and soffit plug vents to improve ventilation. The job was messy, but they did a good job cleaning up the yard when they were finished.
