Comment: We had the unfortunate one-two punch of partial basement flooding, followed by having to learn water was trickling in from under the foundation. Andrew, the president of Best Buy Waterproofing, came out to assess our basement the very same day we detected the trail of water leaking in from our foundation wall. It was clear Andrew was an expert in the field and knew exactly what we were up against. We appreciated his prompt response to our issue, and answered all of our questions in a very direct and candid manner. No sugarcoating, which we very much appreciated. When we inquired about a customer reference, so that we could better understand the recommended resolution (we were rather overwhelmed, given this was our second go-around with water in a matter of two weeks), Andrew was able to dial up a homeowner who had experienced the same issue. The client had nothing but praise for Best Buy's waterproofing work and the professionalism and politeness of the crew who completed their job. I will go on to deliver the same praise. Following on the same-day assessment, Andrew was able to make a crew available to start the project the very next day. The crew worked hard, were very approachable for questions, kept us in the loop on their progress, were very respectful and polite, and very attentive to keeping our home clean as they worked. As a matter of fact, there was some snow on the ground, and as a result, in the areas where they had to do some minor digging outside of the house, the mud was beginning to cover the snow--not very aesthetically pleasing but very much the least of our concerns. Still, the crew took the time to shovel up the dirty snow to make our front yard look presentable. That's going above and beyond! Upon completion of the job, I had asked Andrew if he could do a concluding walkthrough to ensure all of the work met his satisfaction, which he was more than happy to accommodate. Their work is guaranteed, and Andrew is very approachable, should we have any questions or issues going forward. Thank you Andrew and Best Buy for providing peace of mind for our family and our home going forward!

The company installed a sump pump, a dehumidifier, a back up electrical pump to meet the local code requirements. They were very professional in all respects. They cleaned up very nicely.

They installed 2 sump pumps, as well as recommended additional steel beams to ensure repairs were completed. They were very informative and provided alternative solutions. They cleared the debris and cleaned up the area.
