It was excellent! When I purchased it, he called me 2 days later and came out the same day. He didn't have all of the tools that he needed so he went out and got what he had to do. He showed up on time and called me that same day. He said he would call when he is on his way and he called when he was about 15 minutes out. Everything worked out fine. There were no problems. I would highly recommend them again. They were very professional and they answered my questions. I told him what I wanted and he was able to take care of it.

Charles provided the utmost professional service. He was extremely patient and went above and beyond the call.... I purchased a coupon to rekey four locks but after showing Charles my doors and the types of locks that were already on the doors, Charles offered more secure options to me. He even made two trips to the hardware store to get the types of locks I desired. He was very friendly, organized and professional. I will keep him on speed dial for all future locksmith needs.

Was very knowledgeable about fixing, and re-purposing locks.  Handled everything very efficiently.

It went well. He came on time, but told me that I had purchase the wrong Angieslist offer. He told me that they considered a two lock re-keying actually a one lock that was open with a key from the front and back. This would have been very useful information before purchasing the offer. That would have decreased the price of my service by $10.00. 

There was a semi up in the scheduling, but he made up for it. He did a great, professional job

after i bought the deal, he told me i had to pay additional fees to install a deadbolt. so what did i already pay for? is the "service call" just to get you to the property? installing a deadbolt isn't out of the ordinary.  RIPOFF.
then, after we had communicated several times and LONG after he was given the address, he somehow recalled that he doesn't work in DC.  so now i have to spend time getting a refund from angie's list AND finding another locksmith to do the job.
big waste of my time.
i really hope angie's list will get back to their original business model of weeding out scammers like this.

Rekeyed four locks, one of which was new and the fourth was a deadbolt. Had to make a second trip as he wasn't able to rekey one of the original locks i had. I had to purchase a new deadbolt and lock set prior to him finishing. The lock i had to replace I didn't have the key for it my fault so he couldn't take the lock core out to rekey.
