Locksmith came and looked at lock to be repaired or replaced. He did not give me a cost estimate or time frame for the work to be done. He did not contact me since then.

While looking through some old family papers kept in a foot locker, I found a diary belonging to my father that was at least 70 years old. The diary was locked and the lock had rusted after all that time. I was loath to just cut the strap, so when I saw a Big Deal for a locksmith, Mr. QuickPick, I decided to purchase it. Mr. QP contacted me promptly and came by at a convenient time. He cheerfully undertook this rather unusual task and soon had the diary open. I was pleased that everything worked out well.

Scheduling the appointment was extremely easy. He was a little leery about being able to provide one key for all the locks since they were such a hodge podge of varying hardware brands. He came in, set up his little table out of the way, so much so that our two year old barely noticed he was in the room working away with parts and pieces of door hardware laying about. Upon completion he verified the keys he gave me worked and then requested that I do the same with himi watching to make sure everything worked smoothly. I would recommend him again, and will more than likely keep his information on file for when we replace our hardware in the future to the keypad deadbolt.

Superb Service. Charles had a family emergency the day he was supposed to come. He stopped by to look things over and we rescheduled for a morning a few days later. He brought everything pre-processed to install quickly. I'd recommend this type of service from now on. Charles was an artist at his work and made everything work swimmingly. I'm still shocked at how economical it was.

It was an awful experience. He looked at the job, told me he would be back and I did not hear back from here. I did get a refund. I am busy and have not had time to deal with it. I would not use them again.
