Description of Work: He called when I was at the project address to tell me he would be 45-60 min late. He did not have the lock material I needed but provided a substitute with my permission. It is a 30 min ride from my house to the project and I didn't want to wait for the locks to be installed.

Description of Work: I was very pleased to receive. Confirmation call and another call when he was on his way to my location. He explained the services that would be provided and performed them t the cost promised. He was punctual and profesional and offered useful suggestions to addressing the problem with the multiple locks. I would strongly recommend hi to anyone in need of a locksmith.

Description of Work: Prompt response. We did have to reschedule once but the service was great. What we thought was a simple re key turned out to be a bit more complicated but Mr. Brooks kept at it and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price as well. I would definitely call him again.
