Used them twice. They were hard workers and did exactly what I asked of them. Installed shelves and removed trash after I moved. Second time they dug out two cars from 3 feet of snow. (A little pricy on the dig out but I had no choice). They were the only ones I could find who would do it.

The handyman tried to charge me more than I was quoted on the phone, but I protested and he did not. Watch out for bait and switch.

"I am sorry that you felt this way. We most certainly were not trying to deceive you. In your case when the technician did arrive, he felt for safety reasons that he needed a 2nd technician on the job due to the height of the siding on your home that needed to be secured. Regardless of all this, we did not charge you for this additional person. We charged you the original quoted price."

Very unprofessional and sloppy workmanship. The man that came to do the work did a horrible job and even put a hole in our wall by throwing a pipe when we confronted him about the poor workmanship. The man was so confrontational that at one point I was so scared I considered calling the cops. After speaking with the office, they sent him back out a 3rd time with a woman from customer service to supervise. Even after they were finished with the job we still had to go in and fix things in order to have our bathroom back in working order.

They charge $75 to check out the problem and find the cause. Then if you want them to fix anything it is $100 an hour but you don't have to pay the $75 anymore,

Jeeves re-caulked my bathrooms and Javier did and excellent job. He explained my options and communicated the process well. The dispatch center even sent me an email confirmation of my appointment which was much appreciated. I do think Jeeves rates were too high for that project @ $99/hour. The job took 2 hours 45 minutes.

If you need someone to work for you and you provide the supplies, these are the guys for you. He gave us a good price to repair a cracked skylight that turned out to be a leak in the roof/ceiling. I spent a lot of time running back to get supplies for them, but I asked for the budget price so we are pleased.

I don't believe the contractor that Jeeves Handyman sent to do the project had the skill level needed to complete it professional. I also don't think he is a licensed contractor... Maybe he isn't required to have a licensed. I have photos that I'm sending to Mark for his comments. I'm so upset. My money was wasted. I've got to call another contractor to come in do the work.

"We are licensed and insured and I have not hear from Patricia about any problems. We guarantee our work, I like to speak with her about this. I left couple of messages and emailed her but there is no response yet. I spoke to our technician and he said that customer was happy with the job, so I am little confused. I will update this comment section once I talk to the customer. We spoke to Patricia, we will be sending our technician to do some finishing touches to original project. Little sanding and touch up painting will be done. Will keep posted on the progress."
