Fred answered his phone when I first called him to set up the appointment and was very courteous and professional. He said he would be available on Friday afternoon per my request (I called on a Wednesday) and, as he is very familiar with our neighborhood (it turns out he also cleaned our house's gutters for the previous owner and does several houses on our block as well), was able to provide me with the estimate of $45 immediately. He and his assistant Nathan arrived in mid-afternoon on Friday, cleaned the front gutter and back gutters, cleaned up the debris, and packed up and left within about 20-30 minutes. Fred and Nathan were very courteous and professional, and our gutters are very clean! We will likely sign up for a service contract with him for our gutter cleaning needs. Thanks, Fred!!

Fred was there within a couple of hours. He detailed the work to be done and the estimate of what it would cost. He returned the next day and completed the job in the morning.

Very good experience with them. I called them yesterday, he said he would try & come out the same day. He showed up about an hour after that & said he could do it right then. I told him to go ahead. Give them A's all across the board.

Excellent. Performed an excellent job cleaning and flushing the gutters. Also replaced a hanger to prevent future problems.

Fred answered his phone, no voice-mail barrier, and called the evening before visit to set time. He and his helper had their own equipment (my re-cycle bag). Prompt, courteous, attentive; job done in less than an hour. Used a blower since leaves were not wet and could be added to piles not yet raked. Suggested improvements in extending drainage further from the house foundation, promised a fix on next visit.

Mr. Rahmily came on a Saturday morning for an estimate, and stayed to complete the job. He was efficient, polite, thorough, and professional. He cleaned the gutters for the estimated $65.00 and recommended a small fix of straightening the pitch of one of the gutters for an additional $15.00. He was in and out in about an hour. An excellent experience.

I spoke to Fred (Farhad) Rahimly on a Wednesday, and he said he'd run by my house and call me by Friday with an estimate. He came by on Friday and since my husband was home, Fred gave him the estimate in person. We decided we should go ahead and have the gutters cleaned right away since Fred was available to do. We hadn't had our gutters cleaned in years and were happy with the job Fred did and felt the price was fair. He recommended that we have it done again in December when the leaves had finished falling and he said he would give us a $25 discount on the December visit. We plan to call him back to clean out the new leaves in December.

He is a very professional with what he does. He answered the phone right away when we called him. He got the work done very quickly when he was there.

I called for an estimate to clean my gutters. I have a fairly large Colonial and parts of my home are three stories above ground. I knew my gutters were clogged and not in the best condition and I was hoping to hold off replacing them until next year. Fred was in the area and said he would get an estimate later than day. He called me back in about an hour with the estimate. I agreed to have him do the work which he said he would be able to do in the next day or two. Fred called me back a few hours later and said he had finished his other job early and was on the way to my house, wow! The quality of his work was outstanding and he did quite a bit of extra repair work as part of the quoted price. My gutters look fantastic, they are now all properly pitched and should easily last until I get them replaced. Fred is awesome!

Great experience. Called Fred on a Wednesday, and he was able to come out and perform the work on Friday. Didn't have to be home - Fred called with an estimate, and when I gave him the green-light he did the work on the spot and left the invoice behind. Gutters look great and there was zero mess left behind.

We felt we got our money's worth of services. Fred stuck to the estimate that he gave, showed up when he promised, and completed the repairs professionally.

He was unusually good and responsive. He comes when he says going to. He does all the work himself. He also has an assistant that is hard worker. I plan on using him to install gutter covers. He is an excellent service provider.

From first contact to completion, Fred was a true professional to work with. I described the scope of the work to be done, explained that the gutters on the back of the house were 3 stories up, gave him dimensions and he gave me an estimate over the phone. Fred said he would be out in a week and called a few days later to say he had finished a job early and was in the area. I explained that no one would be home to pay him and said that it would not be a problem, he would leave me the bill!!! Great experience all around.

Service wwas excellent. He showed up at my house about 3 hours after I called and completed almost all the work immediately. He returned the next day to put up a few more gutter screens, since he ran out of inventory.

Called Fred of Home Works after reviewing him on Angie's list. I stated I found him on Angie's list. He took all my information by phone and said he would be out by the end of the week. Fred also stated he preferred to settle price and do the work at the same time. As promised, Fred showed up on the Friday, we settled the price and him and his partner cleared and secured my gutters in approximately an hour. Very friendly, did a good job and will use again in the fall and spring.

Fred arrived within a few hours of my call. While I described what I wanted, his assistant climbed a ladder to the roof and inspected the gutters. Fred quoted me the price, I agreed, and an hour later the job was done. While in the roof, Fred noticed that there was a stand pipe that needed caulking, so he caulked it - at no extra charge.

Fred and his assistant Nathan did a great job. I called Fred and the next day he came and gave me an estimate. We agreed on the price and then he proceeded to clean the gutters. I have had my gutters cleaned and repaired before but soon after the nails would soon pop out and the gutters would sag. Fred went up and noticed the gutters needed to be pitched and that the builders of the house never had them properly fastened. Fred gave me an extremely fair price to fix the problem . He fixed them from the inside so that it would not show from the outside and I would avoid any complaints from my home owners association.I would highly recommend Home Works again.

Called Fred on a Wednesday, he came the next day and looked at our gutters which had not been cleaned in several years. He suggested that we have him trim back several trees which we knew needed to be done. He gave us an estimate and starting working immediately. It took him a little longer than he had estimated but he did not charge us an additional amount. He did a great job and cleaned up after the work beautifully. We have asked him to come back and power-wash some siding.

I called Fred on Thursday to have someone look at my house and give me an estimate for the work I requested. He said he was not available until Monday. He said he would call me after he looked over the situation. True to his word, he called me Monday afternoon. I was at work and he was at my house. He had assessed the situation and offered to do the work for $75. I asked when he could do it and he said he could do it right away. No one was at home, so he left a bill in my mailbox. When I came home after work, everything I had requested was done. There was a lot of debris in the gutters. Not only did he remove it, he was very thorough with cleaning up the debris that went on the lawn, patio, driveway and sidewalk. I am very impressed with HOME WORKS EXTERIOR HOME SERVICES and I highly recommend them. Fred is a pleasant, honest man who is reasonable and hard working. I am thrilled with the experience and will definitely retain his services again for any work he can do.

Excellent. He was prompt, understood what I wanted and was a big help in looking at all alternatives. Most of all, he found a problem with our neighbor's roof (we are in a townhouse) that was causing water to leak into our basement. When I talked to other people, they didn't even look at the neighbor's roof, but just wanted to inject plastic into my basement walls, put in a patio, rip out the patio, rip out the tool shed, build a concrete wall, grade my yard, etc. Estimates for that work ranged from $1,500 to $15,000. Fred saved us a lot of money and aggravation. WELL-DONE!!

Excellent service. Returned call promptly to arrange for estimate. Completed the work on the same day I responded to the estimate. Debris was placed in bags and left at my curb. Job appears to have been thorough and complete. I intend to use this firm again. Note that company recently changed name to Home Works Exterior Home Services.
