Healthy Back Store

Horrible. We bought this item the week before Christmas, the sales representative said they were zero balance at the warehouse but would receive a shipment within the week and they would call to set up a delivery. Sometime after Christmas we checked in with the store we bought it from--and the sales representative gave us a BS story that a shipment had been stolen. A week later my wife called, did not get our original sales representative, but got an assistant, who said records showed we had received it, we had not. The next day we went to the store again and the original sales representative said he would give us the store floor model until we received the shipment. A week later they called and wanted to deliver on a Tues or Thurs, which were not acceptable and they did agree to deliver on Monday. They arrive within the time they promised, the individuals quickly unload the truck and put the inversion table together, removed the boxes, and the loaner. My mistake was not checking their work before they left; when they departed I wanted to try out the inversion table but soon discovered that it had been put together improperly. It was an easy mistake to fix which I did using readily available tools. I would not recommend Healthy Back--while they have a great selection they have horrible customer relations. I will give the individual store manager at Gainesville a A for effort to resolve the problem; overall I give Healthy Back an F.

The staff has been very polite, willing to find solutions and I am impressed with their can do attitude.
