Delmarva WiFi LLC

This company is so bad and unprofessional. They have no customer service and everything has to be done through email. They are trying to add on all these fees since I’ve tried to cancel my service with them. All through email and I gave the proper notice and paid $150 for them to remove my equipment which they haven’t removed yet and the are now asking for another fee for using the equipment that I’ve had since April and never billed me for before? The women said she was going to turn it over to collections - give me a break. Do not use Delmarva Wifi!!!!! 2 men just showed up unannounced and installed new equipment last April during covid that we didn’t ask for and now are trying to charge me for it after I cancelled their service.

Ive never done this in my life. I would never bash a local business even if I don't agree with everything they do. This is a special occasion. Delmarva WiFi LLC has the WORST customer service I've ever seen in my life. Ive worked in customer service for most of my life, and I've even seen close to how bad this company is. Recently I cancelled wifi services with them because the speeds were barely getting 2megabits/sec. (Originally promised no less than 10) over time it went down to 1.1! It started out by asking for someone to come take a look and maybe adjust something to fix. Got the runaround and a lot of short answers. So ultimately decided to cancel. There was a $200 disconnect fee, plus had to pay for the whole month of service ($71)even tho their equipment was sent back to them barely a week into the month. It also cost $30 dollars to ship to them only an hour away. They provided an initial list of what they required back after they were asked what they needed. They left out the antenna on the roof. So now they want that back. Great, no problem. Come get it. I send a follow up email asking when they plan on sending someone to get it since its on the roof. All I get is a link sent back with they legal disclaimer. I read it and it said if I originally didn't pay an install fee, it gets paid at the end. I looked back and saw I paid $123 for install. I told them this and that I am not paying anymore money to discontinue my srv with them. They told me I got a discount initially and if I wanted a tech to come out that they don't work for free. I responded saying their customer service skills need work and use the 200 bucks to pay their guy to get the remaining equipment because whats the 200 for? Seems like a money grab to me and I shared that to them. Last thing they said, "see you in court." They were incredibly unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, and and I wouldnt use them again if they were the last source of wifi on earth. Please spread this everywhere. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
