Mark did a fantastic job on my outdoor wiring project. He was on time and explained what he was going to do. You can tell he has experience as he had everything he needed to do the job. Duke's Electrical Services, Inc. were professional and courteous in completing our electrical project. They were thorough with their work, and even gave me some tips on the things that I would be able to take care of myself so that they didn't have to charge me for that particular work.

I was contacted right away and scheduled an appointment. Mark was very professional and reasonably priced. He took care of the problems I had, and took the time to explain and show me what caused one of the problems. I will definitely call Duke's again.

Mark was GREAT! He kept in touch to let us know when he was coming and whether he'd be on time. He made quick work of installation of an over the counter microwave and cleaned up after the work was done. He also checked out some switches and plugs, and now we feel safe! We will definitely call him again when we change out the lighting in the house to recessed lighting. he was friendly, courteous, and pretty darned amusing. The project was done in adequate timing. The service man was very professional however there was some confusing on a wall that needed to be patched up in our ceiling after the work was done. I wanted to light pendants aligned over our breakfast buffet but only one was installed becuase he stated it was too big. I was unhappy about that especially because it left a big hole in the ceiling. Now I have to put in a request for some one to come in and patch the hole in the wall on the ceiling. The service man installed three ceiling fans and changed a light fixture to pendant lights. OUTSTANDING JOB!
