Showed up on time and did a great job on the roof repairs at a reasonable price.

Mr. Moscoco was able to respond the same day to evaluate the problem which was several shingles had come loose due to strong wind gusts. It had been drizzling earlier in the day and I really did not expect a repair that day. He looked the situation over, quoted me a price (which was very reasonable) and made the repair that afternoon before any more damage could happen. He also looked the rest of the roof over and nailed/sealed one or two other. As was said by another customer: quick, courteous and efficient. Will have him quote on any other repairs or replacement roof when needed.

Mr Billy very knowledgeable.. The appointment was set and he came out the next day. This was a small job just replacement of several missing shingles. I will be using them again.

The contractor was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and expedient. After receiving 4 estimated Milton's was the most reasonable. The end results look wonderful. Through a horrendous storm the next day not a drop of water showed up.
