The technician replaced the windshield, but it the process damaged the vehicle and did not tell us. When I called the office, I was put through a 5-minute voicemail maze, which ended in no option to speak to a human being. I was told to email their [email protected] address, which I immediately did. 3 days later and still no response. I will never use them again, as they now cost me more than the (high) cost of the windshield replacement, and I have to go to a shop to get the vehicle repaired anyway.

It was fine. The windshield was an exact match and I have not had any trouble with it since. I opted to have the work done at the shop rather than having them come out to me. My waiting time was a little longer than I expected but perhaps my expectation was off. I only had the pay the amount of my insurance deductible.

Terribly! Waited all day. Then, realized that they had stolen a video player, that was to be installed. The manager constantly used profanity, when communicating. I was very disappointed. Safelite does a much better job, with their onsite mobile service. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!
