I am very disappointed with promises that were not done. Lightning in cabinet. Return of cabinet fixtures. Compensation promised for my accepting wrong granite. Little consideration for kitchen flooding after incorrect pipes. John who had been dripping with honey turned into the killer bee as he dismissed me. I hope my candidacy has been helpful for future customers. One other thing from the beginning I was told things that could be to be told after starting oh no. Thank you.

It was terrible! I have tried to get a hold of them by phone and email to tell them that I am having problems and no one calls me back. I have a drain that they put in incorrectly, The diverter valve is not adjusted correctly. The part they were suppose to do is just sitting in my garage cause they did not use it. I have a shower door that was installed that cannot close without hitting the safety bar. They left trash in my yard for 8 days before they cleaned it up. They had all types of problems delivering the correct parts. The sink was broken, wrong vanity, shelving system was broken, my new rain shower head they installed leaks at the pipe connection, and they forgot to paint the doors. The biggest issue is the drain needing to be installed correctly but they wont call me back. They sent me a box of stall cookies to say thank you. I would like them to come to look at this mess and make the corrections corrections. I paid $26,000 dollars to have a very small 5x8 bathroom remodel and I think it should work correctly at least. I had a plumber come out to look at this and he laughed and said this drain was installed improperly and it should be redone completely. I need the drain pipe redone and replaced, the shower head leak fixed, and the doors painted.

The guy doing the job is doing a great job. The company has failed him by getting the material not in a timely or the correct material. They gave out a number for a project manager and he does not return calls. The customer service from the company is poor.

I was not impressed they gave us one quote then went down a considerable amount of money. After we declined they came back at us with another considerable decrease. So my advice to people is tell them no at first because they can do it a lot cheaper than they quote you the first time. I also do not approve of their scare tactics, by this I mean sign now or the deal is no good tomorrow. It's not right

Our project included finishing a completely unfinished basement. Remodel USA completed it in just under 3 weeks! The crew was fabulous, we left the house to them and we went to work. Each day they gave us an overview of what was completed, they cleaned up each day and left the space clean and tidy. Without asking they took the liberty of building us a laundry shelf in the laundry room of the basement. We completed a walk-thru when finished and we had a few cosmetic findings which they rectified on the spot. We're very pleased with the process, the work crew, and our beautifully finished basement! We will certainly look to hire them for future projects!

Truly professional crews. Very painless process from start to finish and made us feel we were top priority.

We have a 2nd story balcony/deck that we got fully enclosed. The finished product looks much better that I had expected. I really like the way they connected the enclosure ceiling with the existing roof. Once they had all their materials here it only took them 2-3 days to get it all set up. The build team was a pleasure to work with.

Initially, I wasn't sure about using Remodel USA due to some of the reviews. I met with the representative & when I saw the quality product (Kohler), was able to select what I wanted & have a flexible timeline for work & payments... I was glad I selected this company. I had 1 glitch as the installed shower door was not the 1 I selected. The Project Manager noted the error, obtained the correct door & it was installed. The workmanship is very good & I appreciated the conscientious skills of Edgar, his assistant, Salvador & his wife. The project manager, Percy Melendez, was professional & reassuring regarding the workmanship & product. I am very pleased with the overall experience of working with Remodel USA. My experience was very good & I'm pleased to know that if any time I need assistance, I can contact them.

We found that that certain parts ordered for the bathroom remodel were not received with the original delivery. Wrong components were sent. Some components were broken. Some components were broken on installation. Some components did not get fully properly installed. Installers were not licensed in building trade occupations.

I hired Remodel USA to complete a redo of my master bathroom in Virginia Beach, Va. They did a terrfic job. Very impressed with Alex Janos, Nelson, Carlos, and Ceasar. Very professional and excellant attention to detail.

The guys that remodel our kitchen did an outstanding job. The guys were really nice and respectful They would always ask me "how long can they work"if was after 5pm. The finished product was amazing. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the sales people they were trying to get every dime they could get. Believe it or not just Negotiating a price took about as long as took them to remodel the kitchen. The salesman start out with $47k price after negotiating the price dropped about 13k I still feel that I overpay. Well at the end of day I thank the guys again that work on remodel our kitchen they were the BEST.

Salespeople were not knowledgeable of work to be done, did not give specific materials and work to be done. 3 different installers came before one finally took the job, materials were missing to be installed. It took 2 months of my constant calling to get project manager to have someone to come. Been calling RemodelUSA to come and fix faulty materials and leaks in the bathtub 3 weeks after installers left. What was approximately 4-6 weeks went Oct 5 2019-? Feb 2020. There are still issues to be completed after installers finished.
