Our bathrooms look amazing!!! They completely renovated our Master bathroom. We also had the flooring and vanity replaced in our kids bathroom. Sean did a great job with helping us see what we needed to update both bathrooms. Percy, our project manager calmed my fears about a tile mix up and very professionally handled the delay. Our installers Carlos and Rafael were EXCEPTIONAL!!! Quick, quiet, and professional. Carlos went above and beyond to insure that everything looked perfect. He was extremely detailed! My husband and I could simply not be happier with the work they did. It took three weeks. But it looks phenomenal.

The rebuild of my sunroom was great I had my sunroom for 10 years before the fire damaged it it and withstood the fire well

The workers, especially josue, were dedicated, hard workers. They came on time, stayed long hours, were polite and communicated with me throughout the project.

They did great work, even when we had stuff moved in ahead of time they worked around it.

The crew was very professional and had EXCELLENT attention to detail in making sure everything was done perfect.

Maksim and Dimitri performed the work on my bathroom and installed my windows. They both worked tirelessly with precision, knowledge and professionalism. Maksim guided me through the entire process so I understood everything. They did a fantastic job!!

The prices were reasonable and there were a nice range of selections. They provided a quote before work started and did not bill me for any surprises. The quality is much nicer than expected. The crew worked efficiently and were very pleasant and professional. I am more than pleased and strongly recommend Remodel USA.

We had RemodelUSA handle a kitchen remodel for us. When we talked with them just before Halloween they said we would have a new kitchen before Christmas. They delivered what they promised. They completed the job a week before Christmas and a day faster then promised. They said they would be finished in 7 days and they did it in 5 and 1/2. The craftsmen that did the work were very knowledgeable and hard working.

Everyone we worked with was helpful and friendly. The work was done in a decent amount of time.

Two ladies came to look at my bathroom ask a bunch of questions not even pertaining to the bathroom then wanted to fill out a survey I asked them to leave they would not leave it took me 10 minutes asking them to leave and threaten to call the police do not want anything to do with remodel USA

The work has not started yet, but the prepping Klappenberger has done is very impressive. They will be doing the resurfacing of the tub as well.

Project Mgr worked with us on scheduling and accommodations moving contents of the rooms to perform the work. Finished result was beautiful.

Guys were awesome, two man team built the whole thing! Electric, permits, inspections all handled by these folks...I felt there was lack of communication as to when the project was going to start but once it did, things moved along at a good pace.

I've hired them to replace windows too over 7 years ago and am still pleased with the work they did.

They transformed my old outdated kitchen into a place I like to bake and hang out.

The project manager was very professional,knowledgeable and attentive to all details. The team(contractors) were professional and took pride in every detail. If there were any unexpected issue, they would discusss it with me in detail

I hired them to remodel a bathroom to make it handicap accessible, adding a shower, taking out a closet and moving plumbing and electric. My issue is handicap grab bar is unsafe it broke loose, the handicap toilet is not secure and is loose, the entry door is warped and not plumb and they never installed the door nob, and no striker plate on frame. The curtain rod that is mounted on the wall is un-level. The rod was installed incorrectly and cannot be adjusted. When they came out to fix issues, they taped a plastic to ceiling and when they pulled the plastic down it tore paint off ceiling and they tried to repair without putting primer and possible wrong color paint because it does not match. The sink is pedestal style when they installed the sink is not level and they put silicone caulk under that is not level. One of the clamps that holds the sink to wall is missing and does not hold to wall securely. When doing the drywall work on the closet are they used two different thickness drywall and does not match up. They did some damage to drywall with a crow bar and never repair. The follow up from over a three year period the work they had done is poor quality until they came out to repair some of the issues. However the company has not responded to the credit for the work or issues that are still not resolved.

I don t like that after three weeks they still don t have my crown molding. The project manager has only made two appearances, so no one checks behind them. I know their professionals but me as the homeowner would like to know what s going on.

I have to admit- it was a rough start. I spent a few months waiting for permits and was a little frustrated by the lack of updates on the matter. Once the permit was finally cut loose (3 months later, no fault of Remodel USA), they quickly scheduled the work and were very accomodating. Gary (Remodel's PM/Super) was great, Angel (the man doing the work) was amazing and meticulous. We did not have a light or flooring written into the scope but they did it anyway, at no additional cost. Very reasonable people, great to work with, and an overall great experience.

Very good coordination from the sales lady to the installer. They answered all the questions we asked. A minor deficiency was noted and the installer promptly corrected it within reasonable amount of time.

They were super friendly and the agent Gina was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful while we repaired our rental property. It was an easy process!
