Terrible after contacting Mike Parker several times asking when the procedure would be done and shipped. Mike performed some modifications to my boards and when they arrived I installed them. There was an issue with his work and I had to send a board back for repair. He told me that he would upgrade the boards again and power supply for the latest "mods" for free. I shipped the boards back and power supply on April 1st. Mike was asked specifically when the return date would be. I was promised about a week or so. Then came another promise that they were "perfect" and would be shipping out. Even while I write this I have no clue when my boards and supply will be returned to me. Mike has created this situation by himself and was always able to rectify it by providing the services as stated via email. Instead he chooses to blame others and abdicate his responsibilities related to the task. This has also occurred with several others. Sloppy workmanship, poor customer service, and a propensity to deflect blame which he creates. I am now out of about 1400.00 in parts and shipping due to Mike not delivering to me the boards and supply which I own. I would never recommend his services to anyone. It would not matter how highly someone may speak of him, it just is not worth the time and grief.
