As the car was at my home location I thought I would have to have the vehicle towing to the garage before they could work on it.
I went to Erics to book the car in for the repair and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they would take care of the whole problem.
All as I had to do was give a description of the fault, add my address and leave the keys. I explained I had charged the battery and therefore thought the problem was the starter motor.
I was told up front it would take 2-3 days before they could look at it.
The following day the car was towed to Erics without me having to be involved.
A couple of days later I called around to see how long they thought the repair would take and Eric was just about to call me to say the repair was finished.
The outcome was the battery was not fully holding a charge and therefore a new one was required.
Eric ; the owner and mechanic I believe; could not have been any more professional and the repair could not have been any easier for me; AND a new starter motor was not installed when not needed adding expense to the repair!!!!!
I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a reliable, professional, value for money garage for vehicle repairs.
