Description of Work: Owner Jeff Rogers was courteous and prompt in his estimate and scheduling fence replacement work. His team arrived, as scheduled and did great job. Fence replacement looks nice and they assured me posts had cement anchors done deep enough. I would be happy to use them again, and recommend to any of my neighbors and friends.

Description of Work: Owner Jeff was the Consummate Professional, as were his crew. They were Prompt, well mannered & extremely hard working, the pricing for our Spilt Rail fence was very reasonable I would highly recommend hiring this firm.

Description of Work: Jeff knows his stuff. We fenced two sidelines and the distance from the sidelines to the house (150 linear feet)including two 42" gates. We chose Phoenix because they installed the fence for the neighbors at our rear in 2011 and from the day it was installed we have been very pleased with the quality of construction, look and durability of the product. The work for our fence required removal and replacement of 50 ft. of 10 year old unpainted picket(cemented posts)and a front section for our neighbor. Jeff was prompt in responding to our inquiry, he worked the proposal in sections to carve-out the costs for each homeowner. The fence is a custom cedar lattice. He kept us updated on fabrication and delivery dates and called us to tell us they were ready to install - all, right on schedule. He obtained all permits and arranged for utility line inspection. His crew is competent and professional and work without heavy oversight. They ask questions along the way and are respectful of plantings and other concerns. We have a young dog and wanted to be sure he would not be able to dig under the fence, but we did not want to set the fence on the ground. Jeff recommended a welded wire solution that he uses for kennel fencing which will deter digging, but will not take away from the beauty of our wooden fence. This is an expensive fence - but we got more than just a fence - we got the expertise and attention of the owner of the business.
