The process was seamless, and my lawn and trees were not disturbed because of the trenchless method. All staff from management to crew to administrative support/ scheduling etc were impeccable!

I sought many quotes for this work. Doug went above and beyond from the first meeting. Connie in the office is professional and friendly. The crew did the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Doug and the team are great. Responsive and on-time. Using a trenchless method to replace your sewer line is not always the most affordable option, but would recommend Mid-Atlantic if you go in that direction.

I delayed having my beautiful lawn ripped up until after the growing season in order to replace my 73 year old water service line. After Doug McLendon came by for the estimate he assured me that when they completed the work I would hardly notice where they dug, which I was delighted to discover was accurate. During the estimate Doug suggested that they run the water service line diagonally under my lawn, so that it entered my basement in the laundry room where all the rest of the plumbing was and not 30 feet away on the other side of the basement, Doug and his team (Rafael, Garrett and Chad) arrived at 8 am sharp and by 9:30 am the horizonal drill head penetrated the cinderblock wall behind my washing machine. Over the next few hours they tied in this service line with the rest of the house plumbing and enabled me to use my plumbing until they returned the next morning for the WSSC inspection and backfill. Rafael, Garrett and Chad were polite, communicative and very hard working. Although the cost is somewhat high, I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Trenchless if you need to replace a water service or sewer line, but do not want to wait a few years for your lawn to grow back in,

Doug and the team were so professional and communicative from the point of giving me an estimate, and negotiating a price all thecway to the final cleanup. They left almost no trace and left my lawn clean with minimal damage. The work team also kept me informed throught the sewer pipe replacement about what theu were doing and why. I highly recommend these guys.

I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday morning with Doug, and a crew was working on a damaged main water line pipe leaking into a room in my finished basement by noon. Excellent and prompt response and service. The lead crew, Rafael, was very knowledgeable of the work, and his crew worked non-stop from 12pm-8pm; they worked thru a storm that was passing thru between 4pm-7pm. Pipes were replaced by 8pm - what a relief! Rafael and another crew member returned the following morning to entirely clean up inside the basement as well as the front yard. Kudos to all the members of Rafael's crew! Note that I worked very hard on my front yard garden (my plants are my babies!), and it was really amazing that this crew was more than very careful - my garden stayed intact!! I love this crew! I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Trenchless!

From start to finish we were happy with the owner Doug and his crew. They took care of my home and property. Excellent customer service, and skilled technicians. They delivered what was promised without any stress to us. The excavation in the front yard and in the basement was clean and well finished. They took their time and did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend Mid-Atlantic Trenchless to my friends and family!

this company cleans up their work and replaces parts of your yard and does leave big mess.

Good work. Have had many people give estimates to replace sewer line but they were the only company to come out and use camera and equipment in FREE estimate (I was previously charged hundreds for a camera by another company) and specifically identify areas where they d dig and ended up replacing all the way under house for same cost. They did have to change days/times a couple times for estimate and work but my schedule was flexible and they notified promptly. It is expensive approx 8k but sewer line replacement is and they don t cut corners- do it to code. They even moved washer and dryer for me and offered to put back. One of the guys gave me the name of a person to repair the tile who happened to be working renovating my neighbor s house and he came a few days after they replaced the concrete and did a beautiful tile replacement - cannot even tell where they dug a hole.

Mid-Atlantic solved my problem in less time than was estimated. The staff was professional and made sure that when they entered my home that the floors were covered and left leaving nothing for me to clean after they left. I give them an A+ grade.

The project turned out to be harder than expected, but they handled it well and did a great job. They even replaced a valve and spigot for me with no additional charge. I will recommend them.

The work crew was very professional and experienced. The cost was a bit higher than I would have liked but it was comparable to other estimates. When any issue arose they handled them to my total satisfaction.
