Good except for two things: - Chad forgot to replace the ceiling tile - Some soldering iron drippings got onto a few things that should have been moved or covered up first.

The Technician was very knowledgeable of radiator systems and checkedthe boiler and tuned up the system. We were pleased with the service.

They were timely and professional. They took care of my plumbing issue quickly and the work was well done. They worked around my schedule, and with my condo maintenance people so I didn't have to be there for the work.

talking to the person that set up the appt. was helpful when they waved the service fee because I got their name through service magic. I didn't expect the problem that it morfed into after the guy replaced the anti-scaled piece, same problem, he called the office and talked to someone, then that guy showed up within ten minutes to look for himself, explain what the issue turned out be and a question of would I consider the whole repair to be one fee. We had to wait several days ( not a issue) and he called when he got his information from the company and then called again to set up the final fix.

There are two sides to my experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. 1) The work was done well. The technician was nice and punctual and performed good work. I have no problems with the quality of work...although it was just finished and time may prove otherwise. 2) The cost of using Ben Franklin is astronomical. I would never use them again because of the price. They charged $271 to rebuild a faucet stem. I could have replaced two faucets in my home with better quality, brand new faucets for less than this. They also charged $381 to rebuild a faulty toilet. Again, I could have spent less on 2 brand new ones. Never again at this $$$.

As it turned out, this was a very minor repair (tighten a nut at the inlet pipe). However, the serviceman went right to the problem, made the appropriate adjustment and assured me of the repair. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge. They were a little pricy for the amount of work that had to be done (on the scene less than .5 hour and cost was $159.00). Other than that I was satisfied with the service call.

The technician was extremely profession, neat and couretous. The work done was of a superior quality and the price of the parts and labor was fair and reasonable.
