Jiffy Lube was reliable and efficient. They changed my oil, among other included services, and did not try to upsell me for other services. They also noticed some other leaks and brake pad wear, but did not push me to get all the work done on the spot. They were very informative.

All the individuals are very pleasant, courteous and professional. When I came home I noticed a loose plastic panel hanging down below the bottom of the car. I went right back and the manager didn't know how it came loose but offered to tightened up the bolts or screws. He was great about fixing the problem regardless of whether or not it occurred because of them. He just said he would take care of it.
