My water heater was leaking and I needed immediate replacement or repair. Earl called, showed up, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. He was very professional and took pride in his work. After replacing and installing the water heater, he gave me training on what he installed. He hauled the defective water heater and cleaned after him. For me his courtesy and attention to detail was worth every dollar charged. I will hire him again if I ever have any other plumbing or A/C work. I am very satisfied costumer.

Our hot water heater started leaking last night at bed time. I woke up to Earl’s text message asking if I needed help. He gave me a quote and came out and replaced our water heater on the same day! He was very professional and I recommend him highly!

Before they came out I was given a rough estimate and advised the final price would be based on a final visual inspection. Once they arrived Earl explained to me what the necessary things would be to bring things up to code. ( the old water heater was installed twenty ,20, years ago) . With no surprises work was done very professional . Earl and his wife worked very well as a team and were super friendly. I felt more like I had known them for years instead of just that day. Every problem Earl encountered he was able to solve. Although replace a hot water heater is not high on the bucket list it is surprising how fast it moves up the list when the my shower is winter cold water.

Earl contacted me right away and was at my house within an hour. Unfortunately we needed a new hot water heater but Earl was able to replace it the very next day. I have an older house so needed to be up to code which of course effected the price. Very professional. Thanks

They were very responsive. They arrived at my house within 2 hours of contacting me to assess the work and by 2pm were back with all the equipment and tools to install the new heater. They worked until late at night to make sure the job was done. They are very knowledgable and tidy with their work. I would definitely use them again for any other home projects.
