They received my business because they answered my call on a Sunday evening, but beyond that the customer service, value, and price were all incredible.

The technician Al was very professional and knowledgeable when I first talked to him about replacing my 75 gallon hot water heater the same day on a Saturday. Although I received cheaper quotes from other companies I’m glad I decided to go with them. He and his partner did an excellent job installing the unit and explaining its features. The work was neat and professional looking. I would highly recommend them for their services.

This company was at my house on time and ready to get started immediately. They assisted in moving a couple of items I failed to remove. Installation went smooth. Very professional and answered all questions. I highly recommend this company.

Although labor was a bit cheaper than larger more well-known companies, the hot water heater cost much more than we should have paid. But, when your unit is out there is not much time to compare other companies for a better price and the people take advantage of that. The best route is knowing a licensed plumber and purchasing the items yourself.

Everyone that I interacted with from the company was courteous and communicative. They had some issues with my water heater installation and were unable to complete the job in the same day, but they stayed until very late to try and resolve it. They applied for the Washington Gas rebate on my behalf without my even asking. Overall, very happy...The only thing they could have done better is clean up the puddle on the floor when they left.

Earl and Roxanne and their crew are to be commended for not only their work, but their ethics and values. My job was supposed to be an easy 3-hour change out of water heaters. It did not go that way. We had a flooding event and the fire department was called and I met all my new neighbors (Iâ d been in my condo 20 days). It was just a wretched and unfortunate set of circumstances. Earl has been keeping in touch with me every day to assure me that they are working to get the damages mitigated in short order. He and his wife and his tech worked late into the evening to make it possible for me to remain in place until arrangements can be made for the work that must be done. Would I hesitate to hire Washington Home Doctors for another project? Not at all. Iâ m actually pleased with the water heater I got and the character shown by these folks. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Earl is a master plumber. Great customer service and work. Earl and Roxanne replaced my hot water heater in a very tight space and did an outstanding job with the installation. I called them at 1:30 pm on Saturday 3/6 because my water heater went out. They were at my house in a few hours installing it. I can't get service like that from no one else. Thanks Earl and Roxanne!
