The project was top notch. Not only did they show up on time, but they finished the project early the final walkthrough was good and accommodate my schedule. Final project turned out great! My only issue was pricing seemed very high just to change a breaker.

All in all it's a great company that does outstanding work, but townhouse owners, beware of the 40ft ladder charge. It's ridiculous and unjustifiably high.

My technician Mr. Kim. P was awesome. He was professional and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He performed the work in a timely fashion and was very clean. I am very satisfied with the work. Mr. Sparky's prices in are extremely high. Because they were recommended by Home Advisor I had the work completed.

Insulted is the word I would use to describe the Mr. Sparky. Number 1) The tech came and ran wiring in our bedroom for a new ceiling fan and a new light in our basement. But did not connect the wiring for the bedroom. (That is waht I hired hi to do.) They only connected the wires for the light in the basemnt. Number 2) A few weeks later in the attic, I noticed a wire for the fans were just hanging over the board. After ocmplaining to Mr. Sparky the same tech came back proclaiming they did not connect the wires until the fans were ready for connection. This was three weeks later. Number 3) They also broke the light in the attic. But played it like it was already broken. And that they did me a favor and replaced it for me. I guess they thought I could hide that, unlike the damage they did to my ceiling on their first visit. Number 4) The biggest insult was the tech kept saying he was not going to charge me for the connecction. (Again the very reason I hired and paid them in th first place.) Number 5) No one, not one person, called to follow up on his service. So if you like your intellagence insulted with poor service, give Mr. Sparky a call.

When I selected them on Home Advisor, I started to call Mr. Sparky. Before I could enter their phone number they were calling me. They were very pleasant so I scheduled an appointment. They were at my house within 2 hours. The work was completed to my satisfaction with an explanation of what needed to be done and why. The project was completed with a free check of all electrical components within the house, including the electric panel box.

Responded on short notice to clear up an electrical issue so that I could close on my house purchase. Removed and installed a new lightning fixture to clear up the electrical issue. Execellent service, timeliness, and responsiveness. Very professional and explained everythng. Would recommend and use again without any reservations.

A little pricey but very professional. On time and right to work. Will definitely be the first one I call if any electrical problem comes up again.

I was in a hurry for some electrical work and wish I hadn't hired "Mister Sparky." The techs were professional and friendly, but they didn't have all the supplies they needed and left with an exterior GFIC outlet covered by an interior cover, advising me to "put a bag over it until I get a cover at home depot." That for $800! I didn't hire for larger job I really needed after watching them work for 30 minutes. They also pushed me to join their "MVP" program for $99 a year to save money; I don't appreciate that sort of thing. They also left two ceiling panels on the floor. Overpriced!
