I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have a roof replaced. I have already recommended them twice to people who have asked my option of who they should select? They were on time worked very hard to complete the job. They were done as they said they would be in one day!!! I had a great experience working with them. I'm very happy with my new roof! The sale rep Bryan was really awesome in taking all my calls in regards to any questions that I had before the work was done and I had a lot if general questions.

Brian came on time gave and gave a very good price. Work was completed on time and they made sure the property was clean like it was before they started.

I looked at five companies and estimates to replace my roof in Maryland. MHIM was fast to evaluate the project, provided a good estimate of the problem and proposed solution, and a quick and thorough response to my followup questions. They offered the least expensive of five bids, but also the BEST warranty (10 yrs) to back up their work. Once selected to do the work, they started in less than one week and completed the job in one day. I would highly recommend them to others.

They completed the job on time and the quality of the work was very good. Had some communication problems with the office regarding the payment. This job was the result of a home owner's insurance claim and they were aware of that. It does take some time to get the final payment once the work is complete, as the insurance company has to send out a rep to make sure that the work was completed. I took a few weeks to get the final payment, but I received an inappropriate message from my contact at MHIM regarding the final payment even though it was made clear that I was waiting on the final payment from the insurance company.

Both Sears and MHIM responded the third one called and said he would call back. He never did and I would never choose him because he is unreliable. MHIM was low bidder and performed exactly as they promised with one exception. The did a good job and were very professional about how they treated the workplace

Mr. Brian Travis showed superb professionalism and friendliness throughout the entire project. He and his work crew showedup on time and completed the roofing job as specified in the contract. The work crew were professional and stayed on the job until it was completed. At the end of the job, they picked up behind themselves and cleaned up the yard leaving no traces of debris. When I noticed a hole at the end of my flashboard(?) they quickly got back on the ladder, inspected the spot and fixed it. I would recommend this company to others and will used them again.

Crew arrived on time and worked like beavers; no idling. MHIM rep, Brian Travis, promptly returned calls and visited site whenever he was needed. Extra work to repair unanticipated damage was thoroughly explained and priced out before authorization was given. A third party contractor recommended by Mr. Travis did a commendable job. Entire project (roof, gutters, and special work) took a week, with two rain days. Cleanup careful and complete.

We needed our roof replaced. After 4 estimates I went with MHIM. They had a very competitive price, they got me right on the schedule and the work was done well and fast. They also gave me the best warranty of any of the other contractors. Would definitely recommend.
