Danny Peterson (owner) arrived at our house exactly on time for an estimate of work. We wanted our house re-sided with Hardie Board siding and a new roof on our cape cod. We had several problem areas and we wanted our back porch trim and soffit excluded. Danny spent several hours with us and quoted a price that was acceptable. We were advised of a date for work to start and it started on time. The men were on time daily until finished and worked hard for about 9 days, including the final Saturday. During the first week of work, we had a problem installing our kitchen floor, and contacted Danny who arranged for men to come to our house 3 evenings and install porcelain tile which had previously been purchased. In addition, they moved out of our driveway a little more than halfway through the siding work to allow carpet installers to access our house. Roofers arrived as expected the first business day after the completion of siding and installed our new roof in a little more than a day. Contact was exceptionally easy. Every call from us was answered by Elise with return calls within an hour or 2 when needed. We are sure we could have found cheaper, but we could not have found more professional work. Our house looks wonderful and we could not be more pleased.

All experiences with work done by Integrity Pro were very positive. Work was begun and ended according to contract specifications. All installs were professional. No cost over runs by contractor.

It was a good experience and we're going to follow up on that. They followed up with a very nice card. They're very specific about their prices. They're just very amenable to make suggestions and took plenty of time. They were the best. We called for an estimate and they sent the appropriate person out to do the appropriate estimate. They showed up on time. They're very professional. We plan on pursuing it.

They were timely and professional in replacing the roof, however the guys who did the work noted when they completed that the leak might also be coming from the chimney adjacent to the roof. The next time we had a decent rain it came right in. We called integrity and they came out and caulked some spots on the chimney. They then provided an estimate to repoint the chimney which was twice that of repairing the roof. We ended up not taking them up on that offer and purchased a small batch of mix cement and went up and plugged all the areas we thought might be trouble. That seemed to do the trick. Bottom line, the new roof looked nice, but not sure it was required. Might have just needed 2 hours and $15 of materials from Home Depot.

They did fantastic work, gave us a very competitive rate, and were a pleasure to deal with all the way. The new gutters they put up are quality, and a vast improvement from what we had before. Never at any point during the process did I feel like Integrity was going to take us for a ride or install a sub-standard product. I would hire them again.

My experience overall went very well. They did an excellent job with the repairs. I am currently using their services again and have received an estimate. They are highly knowledgeable in their field. They are great with the clean up afterwards. They are very professional and friednly. Their estimates are very clear and they stick they stick to their estimates. They are great with their followups and are very customer oriented. The pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Overall the job was great. The new roof looks amazing. Some minor re-work was required to install venting under the soffets to supplement end venting on roof. Also, additional flashing was required to divert water that over-ran the gutters. Lastly an additional piece was needed to supplement the gutter drainage that backed up in the adapter to the runoff irrigation tubing that were in place. These last three points were mentioned as a note to future patrons, not to discourage but as a testament to the fact that the company works to make all issues correct with the home-owner. Upon review of the job, the person we were working with accepted my eccentricities and crawled with me in the attic to check that all shingles had 6 nails and that there was no sign of leaks. When finished he re-raked the blown insulation to the even-ish look that it had before we were up there. While I would never say to trust any company blindly, one can be comfortable in the work preformed by Integrity Home Pro

They replaced some of the shingles and replaced a 6x13 piece of plywood with mold on it. They treated my home like it was their home. They price was good. The man went out of his way to take care of the problem. He was very nice. They even still keep in touch with me now, it is like you become part of their family.

The provider didn't show up to perform the job on the agreed date. After two days I contacted the provider to inquire about their whereabouts, and the reason why they didn't show up. According to the foreman, there was miss-communication between the team who was supposed to do the job and the foreman.

The accessment went well, but I ended up using a person that attends my church to do the work instead.

Integrity Home Pro was one of the subcontractors that my energy company works with to have an energy audit completed for $100 to the homeowner and the rest subsidized by the company. I originally got in touch with them in March to schedule the audit and spoke with a very nice lady on the phone. She was very helpful though out this whole experience which is the only reason I gave a B for Professionalism. I was able to get someone to come out for the audit in a couple of weeks which was fine. After the audit I was told someone would call about setting up a time with a inspector who would come out and tell me what was needed and go over my audit. After a couple of days I hadn't heard from anyone so I called ask about an appointment and paid for the audit over the phone. Again, the lady on the phone was very nice and said she would set the appointment up for me. When it came time for the inspector to come out, he called me an hour before our appointment and said that he would have to reschedule because he didn't have all the information he needed from the audit. A second appointment was set up. On the that day, literally at the time he was expected, he called again and said that he was stuck at another project and would not be able to make it but that an insulation person would be out to look at the house. That person did show and was nice. He gave some suggestions and as he left, promised that I would get a quote for the work needed. At this point I still had not seen the audit report and it was May. By July I still had not heard from anyone, so I called back 3 weeks ago and talked to the receptionist again explaining to her my situation and how I wanted a different person assigned to come out to the house and that I wanted a copy of my energy audit. She was quick to comply. I received the audit by email and was given another appointment with a different inspector. The energy audit was just over 3 pages which I've given to 2 other companies (since I was reluctant to continue work with Integrity). The response I've received so far from the other companies is that the audit is very limited and does not give them enough information. I'm being told that most audits are over 20 pages and has all sorts of other information such as infrared readings and such. The inspector who finally did come out to the house was nice. We talked and he gave a quote to have the upper level bedroom/bathroom walls insulated, along with the basement/cellar area. The whole project was quoted for over $19,000. I definitely will not be starting a project of this size with a company that has been so hard to work with so far. This is a company that promises to work by the Golden Rule. I don't know about that. I can tell you that they are NOT prompt, they do NOT keep their appointments, and their work so far has NOT been thorough. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. Now I'm left with a useless energy audit that I only paid $100 for, but worse, I can't have another done without paying the full price which runs closer to $300-400. Update: When I posted this review, I immediately received a phone call from Integrity. I not only received a sincere apology but they offered to return the $100 I paid for the energy audit. For their quick response to my review and their willingness to refund the cost, I have decided to change my review to a C.

IT went well. The representative came to my house and explained everything to me. He let me choose the shingles that I wanted, told me how long the warranty would be and said that if would transfer to the new owner if I sold the house. Some of the contractors that came to give me an estimate scribbled it on a business card and left. While the work was in progress, the worker found some dry rot that we had not found before. He took care of the problems without any extra cost to me. He was neat, took him time and did a marvelous job cleaning up. Integrity was not the lowest bid that I received but the were worth every penny.

They did a great job. I was satisfied with what they did.

I have had all siding, windows replaced gutters all doors and the kitchen renovation, They were timely they were professional they kept with there schedule and they kept with their contracted amount, also they were at resolving any minor concerns.

They did a wonderful job. We liked everything about them. They were punctual and professional. They cleaned up the yard after they were done.

First I received an email from Elise confirming our appointed time for the estimate. The email included the name and a picture of Ben, the inspector/estimator. Ben showed up on time wearing the "Integrity" name on his shirt. He was very professional, almost to the point of making me feel a little leary as it's been a long time since I've seen such a level of professionalism and knowledge during an estimate. Ben looked over the areas requiring repair, the main problem being the leak in the sunroom. While Ben was on the sunroom roof, I was talking with him from a second level window. He indicated that the roofing on the nealy flat sunroom was not appropriate for a roof with such a slight incline. He went on to say that after inspection, while it's not the appropriate roof, he found no leaking or soft spots and it was up to me if I wanted a total new roof. (the first estimator from a different company, did not discuss this with me but just priced a new roof). Once I decided not to replace the existing roof, Ben turned his attention to the leak which occurred at the connection between the sunroon roof and the original house. Ben explained (with props) how the leak repair would take place. Ben wrote up the estimate and I told him that I had one more estimator coming but I cancelled it, accepted the Integrity proposal and wrote a check for one third of the estimate on the spot. Next I received an email from Danny, the Integrity owner, expressing thanks for choosing Integrity, welcoming me into the "Family" and telling me how important I am to them. (okay now I'm really impressed but no work is done yet). Integrity calls and tells me when to expect the repairs to start. A crew of two showed up while I'm at work and they do the job and I get home about an hour before they finish. They clean up and depart. The work looked great. I even went out on my roof to inspect myself. I received another call to make sure I was satisfied and that an invoice would be sent. About 10 days pass (after 4 different rains with no leaks) and I received an email from Elise, thanking me again and providing the invoice for the remainder owed. It was almost a pleasure to write the check. By the way, while I talk about what was said to me, all correspondence was to my wife and me. Finally to top it off, my wife and I received a personalized gift of thanks and an email of their "Happy Home Gazette". My father was in business for 35 years and he was the ONLY business owner I knew who was as ethical and who took pride in their work. The word "integrity" in Integrity Home Pro's name is not a misnomer or mistake. I will definitely call them for future home repair needs.

Danny arrived on time and was very courteous during the whole visit. He wore protective "booties" over his shoes while he was in the house, which speaks to his consideration of his customers. He listened carefully as we explained what we needed; we were trying to decide whether an addition to our current home was feasible for a certain budget or whether we should simply try to find a home to buy that would meet our needs. Danny did some "back of the envelope" figuring and said that he thought they could do the job in our budget. He said that he needed to consult with his designer and get back to us with some preliminary ideas. He also spent a fair amount of time explaining his business model, which is focused on people and making his customers happy. We felt very comfortable with Danny's approach. He did mention that, as a small company, it's hard to employ all of the craftsmen that would work on our job, but that the subcontractors have to meet his high standards for workmanship and customer service. After a couple of weeks, the office called to set up another appointment with Danny and his designer. Based on our prior conversation we expected some drawings to come with them. However, Danny and the designer talked through the job yet again with us. They left with a promise of options for us to consider before signing a contract. Before they could get back to us within a week, we found a house that met our needs, putting a halt to our ideas of doing an addition. Danny was gracious in his response to us, even though he and his staff had spent hours working on our proposed project. Danny is very pleasant to visit with and we would be comfortable asking his advice on future projects.

Although this company was unable to service me, I feel it appropriate to compliment their responsiveness and customer service.

Workers started work when they were supposed to. They hauled away all of the rotted wood and shingles that were removed from the roof. They did not leave a big mess and they finished the work on time.

Integrity called me promptly after leaving a message to schedule an estimate. Ben Curtis came out as scheduled and evaluated the damage to a section of the roofing over my front porch that was caused by a deflective metal piece being nailed to the roof by the previous owners. The material had begun to pull away from the shingles and the nailing technique used caused a hole in which water began to penetrate. Not only did Ben evaluate the problem and provide a proposal to fix the issue, he took the time to clean the debris that had accumulated on my rooftop (an extra mesure that he was in no way obliged to perform, but was very much appreciated). The staff has been very professional and followed up so that I was aware at all times the status of the project. I am pleased with the work performed and would use Integrity again.

The overall project was a disorganized mess with no single point of contact. The day our entire kitchen was removed, we were told the counter tops that we chose were out of production indefinately and that we should choose another granite. We explained that we wanted the counters we originally chose and requested that they provide a temporary counter until they came in. This was done but we were first invoiced then credited after refusing to pay that additional cost. We were in no hurry to renovate the kitchen and would have gladly waited until the materials were available to start the project. Then cabinets that were originally delivered were not the ones we ordered. The backsplash that we ordered was discontinued and unavailable. Our original sales person quit and the owner was on vacation for two weeks with no one left to make decisions. A project that was quoted to take 3-4 weeks was still not complete after 3 months. The best thing that happened was the termination of the contract....we still paid a lot of money for poor service and a kitchen that was still not complete.

Things went very well. The crew chief was extremely meticulous and detail oriented and did some of the more complex pieces personally. He was here supervising the entire job including the new front door and windows. Interior paint was shipped from the hammering but was quickly repaired and repainted to our satisfaction. We had 5 windows replaced due to seal being broken. these were installed in a single day

I contacted Integrity for an estimate on my leaking roof and drywall damage in my closet. I hoped it was a patch job. However, my roof was very old and should have been replaced some time ago. The sales rep was very professional an explained that it will cost more more over time to patch the holes versus replace the roof. As I mentioned earlier, I knew I needed a new roof but I was hoping to wait until later. The sales rep's detailed explanation including pictures helped me realize that it was time to replace the roof. I explained that I wanted to wait until I saved the total cost to complete the job and he understood. A month later I called to schedule an appointment hoping that the price did not increase. I was happy to learn that the quoted price was still good and they would come out the next week to replace the roof and days later to fix the drywall. I was pleased to receive a call days earlier asking my permission to come out 2 days earlier and repair the roof. They workers arrived around 6:30am to start the demo. As per my neighbors, the roof was finished and the yard was spotless no later 2:30pm. Days laters they arrived to replace the drywall in my closet. They removed, installed and painted in 1 day. Integrity did an excellent job and I will hire them again for future projects.

Everything went fine. I was not at home when they arrived, but did come home for a few minutes. When I got home they told me they had to replace 3 sheets of plywood. I had to leave again, by the time I got home there was no sign that anyone had been there doing any work. From start, when i got my estimate, to finish, when job was completed very professional and courteous. I learned a lot about how roofs are constructed. I like dealing with a company that gives you an education about the products they use.

They did a superior job, installing an oversize header above the window at my request. The cut they made throught the aluminum siding was perfect. The window looks like it was installed when the house was built, not added after the fact. The work could not have been any better!
