They were fine. They were prompt and efficient. The guys who came over to do the work were nice and respectful. Everything worked out well. Their was a minor communication problem. The toilet that we bought was different from what was set up. It was not a great deal, just a minor one.

These wonderful people worked around our busy schedule as educators to install all new windows and doors for us. When we came to a little wrinkle in installing the screen door on the front, they were professional and the company owner came over to talk about what our options were. They were on time, polite, and exemplified the Golden Rule. I wish there were more companies like this!

The name says it all ?Integrity?. A very good company and work force. I noticed a few wet spots in my ceiling and called a few companies to get an estimate in order to take care of the problem. I dealt with appointment no shows and one company even gave me an estimate over the phone; then stated that he didn?t need to come out to see the issue. Integrity on the other hand, investigated the issues and did a great job communicating the fix. I would recommend them to anyone, as I have done.

I first contacted Integrity in August of 2014 after reading positive reviews here on Angie's List. They came to my house, did an estimate, and completed the work of replacing 3 windows. It was more expensive than I had hoped but the quality was definitely great. On top of that, everything about my interaction with Integrity and especially with Ben Curtis has been exceptional. I truly feel like they have my best interest in mind and they go above and beyond when it comes to addressing the customer's needs. So when I knew I was going to need some repairs again, I called Integrity and I was not disappointed. Ben came to my house and spent about 2 hours reviewing everything thoroughly. Within a few days he had an estimate and we spent a long time discussing all the ways to stick within my budget. Unfortunately, this time around, I did not decide to use Integrity Home Pro again but it was more due to circumstances outside my control. Another contractor came in at a lower cost estimate and can also better accommodate my tight timeline. I have no doubt that the quality of work performed by Integrity is worth the extra expense, and beyond that, their professionalism and responsiveness to the customer's needs are above and beyond what I get from most companies. Because of my very positive experiences with Integrity Home Pro, I am writing this review to share with others. I think they are a very reputable company and I'm certain if there ever were issues they would stand behind their work.

At the time I thought it went well. A section of ridge vent was blown off. I thought they were going to replace this whole section, however it appears they only replaced the small section that had actually been blown off. UPDATE: The owner of the Integrity Home Pro called today (3/24/15) after seeing the original negative review. He also sent one of his employees to inspect the roof and talk to me about my concerns. The bottom line is that the company did do a good job repairing my roof. The problem was one of communication: the invoice did not specify time and materials. Consequently, I thought that all of the original ridge vent had been replaced when only the damaged section was replaced. The rest of the ridge vent was properly secured with screws thereby eliminating any chance of it being blown off by the wind.

We've used Integrity Home Pro for several other projects, and they behave exactly as their motto says: they follow the "Golden Rule" treating the customer as they would want to be treated. The price was fair and the employees possess the utmost integrity, as their name attests. The process, from estimate to installation to cleanup, was efficient and pleasant. The installer arrived on time and completed the job expertly and just as we wanted, cleaning up every scrap of debris and ensuring we were satisfied before he departed. I most strongly recommend Danny Peterson and Integrity Home Pro for your home improvement projects. We plan to hire them again when we replace our windows -- all 25 of them!

Roof was replaced but it still leaked. They came out and fixed it but charged an extra 1000. Good work at a fair price.

This was my second time using the company, and everything went well for the most part. Setting up the appointment was easy, they responded quickly and professionally, and they did a good job without leaving a mess. The only issue I have is that the screen door is slightly skewed so that light can be seen between the frame and the door itself.

Went well. They are a very nice company to work with. Their interior design skills need a little more help--but we should have been a little more involved in this decision. Nothing that is a deal breaker, just something that others who are more design-conscious will want to pay special attention to. Example: The light fixtures--they replaced both the overhead and vanity lights. The designs are different; the overhead is a more modern dome while the vanity has fancy more traditional features. But the light is much better in a formerly dark room. Painting was average, could have done a better prep job--not sure if they adequately cleaned walls they left some tape on the wall and painted over it. They are scheduled to come out and do adjustments --moving the laundry sink to eliminate a grade change. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. We have used Integrity for several other jobs and they listen to you and do not pressure you to complete projects that are outside the scope.

We went with another provider simply due to lower costs even though we thought Integrity had the better product and sales rep. Ben Curtis represented the provider very well and tried to work with us on the pricing and the scheduling. For future projects we would definitely consider this provider and ask for Ben. We are giving a B for the overall rating because of the costs were above many of the competitors.

I have used Integrity Home Pro before and am very impressed with Danny Peterson. He walked in and said 'I have a door I know you'd love.' And he was right. Everyone that comes to my home has to see this door. Integrity is on time, professional and treat your home as their home. I recommend Integrity very very highly!

I did get an estimate. I ended up going with a company I have used in the past.

They failed to get the proper permits, failed to install the purchase well, failed to install properly, failed to install structural supports around open area that became the window, failed to respond to numerous attempts to get the problem fixed, wouldn't respond to my email.Now have to have a portable pump in there so our basement doesn't overflow with water. Talked to the permit depart, and communicated with the states license department.

Integrity was responsive, punctual, and professional, when they came to give info and quotes on 1) roof repair, 2) replacement of gutters, and 3) replacement of garage door. However, their prices on all three jobs were considerably higher for each job than we ended up paying, to three different companies.

It's a great company. Everything was done according to instructions. The owner was actually a civil engineer and he has a qualification. He just does what he does.

They were excellent. Whenever we had some type of storm or something, I had a roof guy come in and look at the roof problem that I had. They were kind of pricey for the repair that needed to be performed but they were certainly knowledgeable, informative, courteous, timely, punctual, and very professional. They didn't do the work because it was a little pricey, I could have gone cheaper.

Integrity Home Pro were very thorough, very professional and they had samples of the product, the shingle specially and they had a nice range of colors we could choose from for the shingle. They explained the process, how they would work and everything was very clear, excellent about everything. They had a very high grade in reviews and the gentleman who was here, he took his time, he almost spent more than an hour. I believe that they would have done a high quality job. They are professional, thorough, and they gave the feeling of confidence that they will do the job well.

They were great! I had a complete ceiling fall in from a leak over a period of time. I had a new roof put in and they didn't flash my skylights correctly, and the skylight leaked and one morning I got up and the ceiling just fell in. By the time they were done, you can't tell that there was anything that ever happened. It looks just like it did before anything happened, they did a marvellous job. The only thing that worried me and I have thought about it since is that the owner came back a week or two later and asked for three thousand dollars more. He said that one of my skylights was sinking and falling in and they had to jack it up. I believed him but I wondered if I made a mistake by not negotiating with him. I just wrote him a check for three thousand dollars, which I really didn't have to give. Other than that they are a really good company to work with. They were on time and they did a marvellous job. You can't look at the ceiling and tell that there was ever anything wrong with it. It was in 2013. It took a long time for the rain to penetrate the roof all the way through to the insulation and the drywall where it was so weak that it all collapsed one morning, I can't tell when we had that fixed. It's been repaired for a while. I had to have it financed, it was five or six thousand dollars which I financed. So when he came back for another three, I was really ticked off because that had to come out of my pocket.

Everything went smoothly except for the gas stove installation which had to be delayed a few days over the Fourth of July weekend.

Very responsive and professional. Found the problem and repaired it for less than quoted.

Our experience with Integrity was everything Danny promised, and better than we expected. For the estimate, Danny arrived on time and worked to build a relationship with us. Peter and the team arrived on time for the work, were very diligent about protecting our walls, floors, carpet and furmiture and finished the job on schedule. Danny stopped in several times to check on the status of the job. Before the work started, we asked for a couple of changes to the original work order, and Danny worked with us to roll the changes into the scheduled work.

It all went well and they were faster than I hoped, getting the leak patched quicker than others said they could. Also, the painting work was fantastic. It was an old inside roof that had leaked through and they did detail work to make it look better than when I bought the house.

Extremely honest. Does everything by the book. He is a really good guy. I recommend him to all my clients. He is always right there.

Came and inspected my chimney and roof. Very professional and did thorough inspection. I thought $4000 was way too much for a chimney repair so I went with another company.
